Andrea of New Town, Tasmania, Australia (11/1/03):
A wheelchair was purchased for my daughter in May 2001 and we have had nothing but headaches with it. For starters Lily is 5 and weighs around 13kg (28 pounds) so how is she able to break a 110kg frame in half without even crashing? Also the left engine repeatedly blows, causing the chair to stop and not go at all.

We now have a bright little 5-yr-old heartbroken that her chair is always broken, as well as being tossed round with no one wanting to take the blame. The chair cost around 14,000 for child who is sick 4 months of the yr and somedays isn't in the chair at all.

We just get told gov funding isn't available for 8 months but I'm thinking my daughter's dying and you want me to cough up for another chair?
