Later I was told that the policy took effect immediately, which I was not told at the time of purchase. I was also contacted by a sales rep; now Robert denies that they call consumers and that I called them. It was a horrible experience and I an very very upset. I was unable to puchase a Certificate of Deposit I wanted to purchase last year. Nor did I have my money to earn interest in the bank. Also I did not get 100% refund like the sales person said I would. Robert was very rude and would not let me speak to a Supervisor or Manager. Report Your Experience
