Patsy of Phoenix, AZ October 26, 2009 On 8-31-09 I purchased a used vehicle from Courtesy Chevrolet, they were to pay off AZFCU bank the amount of $6,292.75. Since I got notices and calls from AZFCU, I then notifed the dealer on 10/19/09, they were going to get on it asap. Since then, AZFCU is now removing monies out of my account due to unpaid loan. This is causing a great financial hardship due to now I have 2 car payments. Please help me. Diane of Apache Junction, AZ June 16, 2003 Purchased 2003 truck on May 24th. They aggressively sold me a supplemental security device for $600 which was to be added on while I waited. Afterwards, my fiancee pointed out that the security system actually deleted many of the standard security features included with the package already were part of the factory system. So, I now had less features than if I had not been sold the add-on. Worse, they used a GM pamphlet to show me what I would be receiving. It turned out to be "gross misrepresentations." Upon speaking with the alarm/security installer when I brought it back - he told us that he had to use the factory issued remotes and reset things. When I complained - both in writing and on the phone to Mr. Chris Guerrero, general mgr., - he became irate and told me they did not want me as a customer as he brought up the subject of CSI ratings. He then went on to tell me that they wanted to unwind the deal, and that GMAC was now not approving me. He personally called my residence and harassed and threatened me telling me they could decide to not do business with someone after the purchse was made. He referred to police and law enforcement - but backed off when I told him a judge was our neighbor. The dealer refused to make any adjustment or acknowledge any of my letters. Report Your Experience
