BMW - Cooling Fan |

|
Brand new BMW broke down, overheated and stopped. When the car was taken in I called BMW hot line on June 4th and was told there was goning to be a recall on the fan. The fan was replaced and the car broke down a second time, July 4th. The car now has 700 miles on it. I have internal BMW documents dated June 20, 26, and 28 that there is going to be a recall and consumers are going to be notified but it hasn't happened yet. Also, I check on the internet and there is a consumer incident reprt on Consumeraffairs.com that a similiar BMW caught on fire. Appears to me there is no concern with safety on BMW's part.
