This organization franchises used car dealers around the country. On its recruitment Web site, it waxes poetic about its vision, which it describes as: "Build a national chain of used car sales and sub prime finance dealerships that consistently meets or exceeds the expectations of our customers, associates, and franchise partners." Maybe, but we're not sure the Kentucky Attorney General would agree.

Well i bought a 2001 Grandam in october of 2008. First the transmission went out. they gave me a rental car with bad tires that i had 2 flats in. then i got my car back a week later and its overheating and the air doesnt work and the seat is broke. so i had a payment of 200 dollars due on november the 28. i didnt get to go pay it till the 29 and now they wont except my payment so now car is on the repossion list.

Where do I start...how about the next morning after purchasing The cars transmission died..left me stranged..9am in the morning the next day after purchase. They towed the car in and were going to leave me with no transportation for over a week, until I complained so much and called corporate...then they provided me with a rental but I had to pay the 100 deposit for it. I few days later after getting my Car back(This all still within the first month of purchase)the power steering died. would not hold any fluoride ...they would not tow it they said I had to drive it end to there service center...they also stated it would be a few weeks before they could even look at it..again leaving me with no transpatation..

I had to complained and call corporate for them to repaired it sooner..I also mention that there was a scraping sound coming from the wheels and asked to check it out..they stated that everything was fine... as of this posting I am without my car again for the 3rd time because a couple weeks later the rear wheel locked up leaving me at the red light and the police had my car towed and stored which is going to cost over 150 to get out / I contacted jd byrider corporate number I was given and after explaining the situation and requesting a supervisor I was told a supervisor was not available. I contacted the local service dept and they stated they would try to recover the vehicle but not sure when...they did not sound friendly or helpful. Something needs to be done. I want my money back

I work two jobs and my day job requires that I have reliable transportation which is the reason that I bought the car in the first place. My day job work on commission only and if I cant make it to my sales appointments then I dont get paid. My night job is not to happy with attendance during the times I cannot not get a ride to work.

well i bought a car from them for 10,00 paid them 400 down and 600 the next month for a dererred payment have been paying 360 a month on it form febuary until now november and i still owe 9500 on the car and that is not it i was late one day on my payment and they callde thretening me that if i dont come make a paymet that they are going to repoe the car they have called everyone of my contacts and saaid things like she is sorry she need to make her payment they have left voice mails on my phone saying that i need to turn the car in to them they have said that it is not their falt that i can not make my payment

i have been disrespected and emotionaly scared please help all i wanted was to fix my credit and get a reliable carbut in the end i have been disrespected and right now the car is not working the oil is leaking evrytime i stop at a red light it cut off the service engine lite is on and i am scared to take it to them because of all the bad thing i have read about the online

i thin they should be tought a lesson an be maid to pay not only me but everyone that they have put through this.

i had purchased a car here before well i had a wreck and totalled the car. I had to contact jd byrider about the wreck, they told me i had to purchase my next car there, to keep from owing them what the insurance company did not cover. when i got there to purchase my next car i was limited to what i could by to stay below the amount i could finance. well i found a car and got it and have had nothing but problems with it.

every time i contact the service department they cant get it in to look at it. i asked for a loaner car and they want to charge for it. i already make high interest payments on the car i bought there and when something is wrong they want to charge me more. then i got to thinking and if i cant get my vehicle in the service garage that tells me that way to many cars are going there.

now it is winter and cold my heater does not work and they are telling me that i have to wait. what am i supposed to do drive a car that has no heat or pay for a rental car. they talk this good warranty they have and u have to wait to have anything done. i have several problems with the car and cannot afford the rental car.

I was lied to by Tom saying that my credit was bad. I was told that I had to pay every two weeks to keep up with my payments. Tom never put in the computer any specific dates even though he told me specific pay dates. Now after six monthes all the payments that I made have only paid for the late fees. My friends have been harrassed at home and work and no principle have come off of my account.

I have been harrassed and my friends have been harassed and the loan that I was given at the shop is not the same as the one on their computer. The loan papers were a fake and I will never own this car.
