We recieved an email with coupons from the general manager Mohammad Joorabchi for oil change, tire rotation ect... and when I took our car in they did not honor the advertised price. The advisor Ronald took a copy of the coupon but charged me the regular price and stated that the coupons were expired, but the coupons have no expiration date on them! The service manager heard part of the conversation and did nothing, he let Ronald charge me the higher price.

I called the service manager Mike later that day and he proceeded to tell me it was a mistake but he could not help me and proceeded to hang up on me. They did not stand behind there advertised sale prices and over charged a customer not to mention there horrible customer service. It is false advertising and over charging on advertised price.
