my car needs the electronic part (3U72-12A650 FMA) for my 2003 Ford Focus 4 cyl. automatic. I have had my car at the dealer since the first week of May and here we are in August and nothing yet. We were told that it was going to take 2 weeks or so and it has been months. This is the only transportation I have to go to work and so on. Then I was sold an ext warranty when it already had warranty from the original owner at the time I purchased the car I just found this out when my car broke down.

I spent all the month of may and all the month of June and part of July without a car struggling to get to work and from until they lend me one which was dirty and smelly.

The only damage is economicaly leaving me without transportation and having to borrow cars from family members. I have always like doing business there, but with all of this I am very unhappy and very unsatisfied with the company.

I am also very fustrated with all this situation if you take this long for one part for a car why sell what your company cannot get right away for your own cars that you sell.
