I recieved a Brake Linning Fault. Left Blinker Fault. One morning I went out for work and the car would not start. Somthing started draining the battery very quickly all of a sudden. And to this day they have not been able to fix the draining problem.

This has been very costly. I'm scared to drive it anywhere for fear it won't start!

IN REGARDS TO BEING LATE IN MAKING ONES PAYMENTS TO THIS COMPANY. This company has been harassing my co-signer and myself with phone calls(up to 3)each day while we are late in our payments. They have not been a bother other than this and they gave us good service when we bought the car. I understand their position in wanting the payments caught up or the car reclaimed. This tactic does they use however is not helping their aim. They are not offering to connect with me. There is no intent to develop more of a relation with me that would help them get their money.

No damage, it is just harassment, rather than relating with a fellow human. A sad state of business affairs. Anyone else dealing with CarMax who is slipping behind in their payments just know that this is how they are. Yes it is an improvement over them sending someone out to break my arm so I can work better at getting their money
