Jennifer of Van Nuys writes:
We had the car for a total of 3 1/2 days in which we put no more than 90 miles on it. As I was driving home with my son and sister-in-law from my grandparents' house, we heard a loud pop and smoke started coming out from the bottom of the car as well as the inside, So we pulled over. We hurried to get out of the car and that's when we noticed anti-freeze and oil coming out. We called the dealer and they promised that they would get it towed immediately and take a look at it and would get back to us later. They have not, they've been avoiding us for the past three weeks and when we went to the dealership in person we realized that they had moved out to a new location. As a result, they still have custody of the vehicle and despite numerous daily attempts to contact them, they do not return any calls. We have neither the car nor the money. If true, this violates more laws than we can list. Jennifer should contact the California Attorney General's office. |
