10-13-09 Car serviced. Tech hit the dashboard to make the odometer come on. Odometer is digital... must turn the key to make it come on. Dashboard cracked. Also knob to the driver seat disable cracked and on the ground behind the business. XpressLube says because the truck is old w/156,000 miles they can only offer an oil change as resolution. Cracked dashboard and disabled knob that adjusts the driver's seat.

I took my car in for service wiht no leaks and no usage of oil, and left with my oil pan gasket leaking and an at least an extra 2 quarts of oil in my motor. they are claiming these conditions were pre-existing but I know my car and they absolutely were NOT. My motor was in perfect working order prior to this service
