⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I recently purchased a tire from Firestone Complete Auto Care on Haywood Road in Greenville, SC after one of my tires was punctured by a pothole. I want to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding customer service I received. Randy, Ed, and TSU went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and made what could have been a stressful situation much easier. Their attention to customer satisfaction and willingness to help did not go unnoticed. Thank you for the superb service and for getting me safely back on the road. I highly recommend Firestone Complete Auto Care on Haywood Road to anyone looking for quality tire service and excellent customer care.

I have been going to Firestone for many years. (Same store) 6580 N.W. 186 St. 33015! I had an appointment 5/28/26 for an oil change + several questions to be answered! From the moment I arrived ** took EXCELLENT care of me! He was patient & knowledgeable! Jorge the Tech did a great job also! When the Mgr. William came in, I complimented them both highly! In addition, William helped me on a non-mechanical issue with my car! I have learned that sometimes it is best to wait a little & get the best care possible than to be taken on time & rushed thru + overcharged! On a rating I would give them 200%!!

Dropped off my F150 at Firestone on 133 Hillcrest Pkwy in Chesapeake, VA on 05/19/26 to have AC unit recharged. Michael ** recommended that the Heater blower be looked at because being loud and low air flow. I mentioned to him just do the AC now. I realized I should have had that looked at also. I went back on the 21st so they could look at the heater blower, they were busy and would get to it when they could due to customer's cars in front of me. I told him I would have to wait there until it was finished. When I sat down I noticed they were pulling my truck into a bay. Maybe about 30 minutes later he told me they fixed the noise, found a loose, broken part. They could not fix the low air flow, said the dealer would have to fix that, had to take dash off. Very pleased with what he had done for me.

I had a very good experience at the Firestone located in Leominster, MA this morning on (5/10/26). I arrived just before 9 am without an appointment. The issue with my vehicle was a moderate metal noise coming from the front of my car whenever I took a full left turn. I had googled possible causes, and was thinking it might be a ball joint, strut, brake or some other issue. The Customer Service Advisor (Ramon) at the front desk was very friendly and helpful and said he would try to squeeze my car in between jobs and take a look at it. (It appeared very busy, so I didn't expect quick service.) They had my car in the shop and up on the lifts within 30 minutes.
I waited at the shop, and within the next 40 minutes or so they gave me an update. It was a brake pad issue involving a brake rotor, and an adjustment was made and the noise was eliminated. They mentioned some other minor issues, and I requested they rotate my tires, if they had time (as I had purchased them there about 5 months ago). I also asked if it was possible to get an oil change if they were able, and they did both those services as well as putting in a new air filter. The total time of my visit was under 2 hours, and the cost was about 5 times less than I had anticipated, and that included an oil change, and tire rotation. The technician that serviced my vehicle (Matthew) gave me additional details about his service which complimented what the Customer Service rep had mentioned. Both were extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
I have been going to this Firestone location for around 35 years, and I have many good experiences there, but this one might have been the best ever, considering how busy they were and how they took me without an appointment on a Mother's Day Sunday. I have nothing negative to mention, but I was surprised that they don't make a bigger deal of 2026 being their 100th anniversary of Firestone's service. I read they were founded in 1926 when I was walking through the waiting area. I can't remember the last time I took the time to write a business review, but would like to repeat, "Thank you very much Firestone and your Leominster MA employees!"

I have been having my car serviced by Firestone since the 1980s. I have always enjoyed excellent service with every shop I have used. The best part is everything was explained to in plain language. It was always easy to develop a relationship with each store manager. Most recently, I have learned that the manager where I have my work done might be leaving to a promotional job. I could walk into the shop and I was treated as though I were part of a family. I'm all for an increase in salary, but I feel like I am losing a family member. And, there are others who feel the same.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Holy smokes! I was warned about this place 3-4 years ago, I didn't listen, I thought they can't be that corrupt- Boy was I wrong, talk about the ultimate bait & switch tactics, just a remarkably morally bankrupt establishment...They make street thugs & thieves look like Mother Teresa, what an absolute shakedown. Wasted hours of my time to boot, now I have to spend 10x as much in time & money to undo this mess. Of course, ask for a manager & they play games, he's not around, he's on vacation, he's pregnant, you know that kinda thing, LIES! They say we will get back to in 2 business days, ya sure buddy. They won't even give the name of the manager yet they want my full name, address, phone number & email etc.. WHAT A JOKE!!

If there was a way to give zero stars, I would. Firestone damaged my windshield wipers and wouldn't take responsibility for it. The regional office closed my complaint without contacting me.

1- They broke my engine cover (BMW), then tried to fix it with glue unsuccessfully, and didn't tell me anything about that. I found out several months later when I opened the hood accidentally. I was too modest (should say stupid) to make any complaint about it because I thought it was too late by then.
2- They charged me for replacing the AIR FILTER with a new one, but later( in 4 months), I realized the air filter was very old and dirty. Apparently, they had never replaced it, so I had to take the car to another shop, and they confirmed that the air filter had not been replaced for a very long time.
3- Every year that I took the car for annual checkups, they provided a long list of the so-called necessary repairs, etc., and charged me at least $900.00 - 1500.00 each time for some services that later I found out that was not necessary at all. In fact, the original BMW parts, which were still in a good condition, were removed from my car (like windshields) and replaced with some non-original parts with less quality comparing to the original ones. I trusted Firestone Technicians/staff %100 and they took advantage of my trust and lack of knowledge.
Maybe just because I was a WOMAN with no KNOWLEDGE about the cars. NEVER EVER TRUST THEM AGAIN.

Went in to get tires changed and an alignment done. After driving away, I could immediately tell my alignment was messed up. I took my car back and asked them to redo it, they told me 30 minutes later that it was done and there was no change. I took it to a different Firestone, and they told me the problem was my tires and I needed them changed without looking at my car. I ended up going to Pep Boys, and they fixed it immediately. I wrote a bad review and corporate contacted me and told me on SIX separate occasions that a manager, all the way from store level to corporate level, would be in contact with me. I never got a phone call and they finally stopped answering my emails as well.

I purchased a set of Firestone tires and after driving on the highway there was a lot of vibration so I brought the car back to the store location and they broke the beat and receded the tire and balanced them again. Drove the car on the highway again the vibration was even worse so Jessie the store manager said he would place an order for a tires and call me on Wednesday when they arrive so I could come back in. needless to say, I never got the call saying they were in so called back on Thursday and talk to another manager and he said they could find one of the tires but couldn’t find the other three and would call back when they found them and again, never heard back from anyone. So I came back to the store location today and talk to the manager who originally been helping me and he stated he was expecting me for me to come in Wednesday because the tires came in.
I told him you said you would call when the tires came in just to be sure they came in on the next shipment. He more or less called me a liar. And when I told him I called Thursday after the tires were supposed to arrive and talk to another store manager and they told me they couldn’t find the tires. He told me they wouldn’t have said that because they were here. Needless to say, I will never use Firestone again.

Most horrible place. I took my car to get an alignment because my car was pulling to the left and they charged me $140. I had to go there 3 times with 3 different techs and they said my car was ok and the problem persisted so when I got home I jacked up my car and notice the rack and pinion was severely damaged which explained why my car kept pulling to one side. When they do alignment they’re supposed to check that all the suspension parts were good so that it’ll be safe to drive the car again and they fail at that. Thank god I didn’t get into an accident. I brought it up to their attention and management just washed their hands and said nothing but because of their unprofessionalism car is now more messed up. I called the Firestone store in Mckinney, Tx on central expressway. They told me an oil change for my car would be $113 including taxes. They did not say that was a discounted price, so I calculated that with a coupon I found online, the cost would be roughly $104minus the $20 coupon. When I went in and showed them the coupon, the staff member did not give me the price, or say that the price quoted already included the coupon.
When I went up to pay, the employee asked for $113, stating that already included the coupon. When pressed, he stated that the price of an oil change was $129, and then said that was the usual price in the area (it is not). He was dismissive, condescending and unprofessional, and eventually stated that if I did not pay the $113, he would not give me my keys. He even threatened to call the police to remove me from the store! I have entered a complaint online on the firestone site and called customer support for Firestone multiple times and have not received any responses one month later. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT give your business to any Firestone store. Read the reviews. The poor ratings are well founded. The company seems to promote a culture of deception overall.

I paid off my Firestone credit card early, I have a refund due, when I called I was told not only by customer service in another country, also in the United States it would take 30 days for the check to clear, yes a paper check 30 days to clear. I would get a check written April 3rd and it would take 7-10 business days to receive the check! Guess what no check. One said the check was mailed, one said they would need to escalate the matter and then the representative in the United States stated, that was not the policy it was 60 days. The representative said they would need bank documentation to receive the check.
I stated I wanted to speak to someone in the U.S. and I was told they were in the U.S. I asked for a supervisor and was told the line was busy. Supposedly the matter has been escalated and I "should," receive my check in 7-10 more business days. I would not do business with this company ever again. They have lied. We all know if we were late on a payment we would be charged with interest.

Had my car 12 hours, didn’t check it, lied that it was fine - gambling my SAFETY, I still had to pay, and I paid for them just to mess with my Bluetooth stereo system like a free shop boombox. I was not rude at all. Never wrote a bad review EVER – never about a car shop either. I know it’s a TOUGH JOB. I'm mad because the front guy and the mechanic LIED to my face a lot, didn’t do an inspection, and messed with my STEREO??? Most of those good reviews are either easy or about Liz or Bryan. Either those people don’t work there anymore, or they weren’t there today. I dropped my car off at 7:30 am. Called ahead to make sure they had availability. Said I needed them to look at my belt bearings.
I told them why and what was going on – my belt was fine. I said there's a pretty bad oil leak, but I needed them to take the belt off and focus on the bearings. I said I topped off all my fluids and oil before, so I knew that wasn’t causing the noise. I sprayed water to make sure it wasn’t air- no bad seals or bad tubes. I said, "Please drive it for a couple of minutes and you'll hear a loud ringing constant noise in drive and in park – not in reverse." Like a door or store alarm and not a squeaking noise. They never updated me - I called at 1 and they said they were just about to inspect it. Called at 5:30 (they close at 7) and the front guy went to the mechanic every time before answering my questions.
He said the belt was fine so it's fine. I said what about the bearings? He said there are no bearings under the pulley…. I said the idler bearing is definitely one and spin pulley bearings? He said the guy did do an inspect, he did drive my car, and he did take off my belt and look at the bearings. I get there and talk to the mechanic while my car is still up – I show a recording of the noise. Bro shows the leaks and says my belt is fine so my car is fine. He said he DIDN’T take off the belt, he said he drove it and didn't hear a noise and then changed up and said he just had it running. This wouldn't cause the noise. I know he didn’t drive it other than getting it in the shop. He said he DIDN’T know what bad bearings looked like, and then was honest and said he DIDN’T inspect it and I still had to pay. I asked at 6:30 if I could drive it for a couple of minutes to get the noise and he said come back another day because he was busy.
If you want me to come back, then wouldn’t you want to know how to get the problem to show? There were two cars that weren’t going anywhere and two other mechanics doing nothing but cleaning up and a front guy there to help close up shop. So what did he do? Messed with my STEREO settings. Why would he do that if the problem is not about that? My car has an amp and sub. He would’ve had to manually connect via Bluetooth for it to make any noise at all. So I paid them $9 to keep my car all day and use my new sub system, new radio, and new speakers as a loud boombox for the shop and MESS with my settings. It would be cool if they were either honest with me about not doing anything or if they tried to look at my car, but they didn’t and they LIED TO MY FACE multiple times about it.
To say that the wheels under the pulley are fine without even looking at them? If this is the issue, and I ruled out as many other problems as possible, it could cause my belt to fly and damage anything around it – this has happened, engine failure, brake failure, alternator failure, wheel detachment, complete control failure, WHILE I'M DRIVING. Even if only some of those scenarios happen, they're still extremely bad. I drove 6 minutes to my house after, and the noise started up before I got home… Imagine if I trusted them blindly and thought this noise was fine. You can't be a mechanic and say it's ok IF YOU DIDN'T LOOK - PEOPLE TRUST YOU.

Two weeks later, and after much driving, I take my car to them again for required emissions testing and ask why the light is still on. Of course, it failed inspection. So they said I would have to pay them $125 for diagnostic testing to see why the light is still on.
So they expected ME to pay THEM to find their own screw up! I told them the engine light was not on until they worked on my car. So THEY need to do the testing to figure out what THEY did to my car.
