Arsenio of Brooklyn writes (2/27/03): I would like to start a petition where Ford Expedition owners could add their names, in an effort to force the Ford Motor Company to accept responsiblity for their merchandise. These vehicles cost too much money for this manufacturer to be so complacent and neglectful towards the needs of the customers who put so much money into their company. Any help or advice you can offer is greatly appreciated.

If you have a specific problem you're trying to solve, the best course of action is often a suit in Small Claims Court. If you're lucky the company won't show up and you may win by default.
