I plan on sending all of my invoices, copies of these complaints and the actual parts that were removed from my car to the President of the United States. It does no good to complain to Ford Motor Company. Perhaps this info will be helpful to President Obama and his Committee dealing with the problem with our car industry. Elizabeth of Allentown, PA February 21, 2009 Elizabeth of Allentown PA (02/21/09) Michael of Twinsburg, OH February 17, 2009 Michael of Twinsburg OH (02/17/09) This past week, the rear coil spring failed. Ford service said rear springs are not covered any warranty and this is a known problem with the 2002 Taurus coil springs. Ford Motor does not appear to want to correct the problem. This places a huge hazard on every motorist on the roads.
