I took my '97 Honda Passport in for a leak in the floorboard of my car. I was told by the repair person that a seal had come apart on the frame of my car on the lower left side which caused water to store in the left door panel which caused the water to enter my car.

When the car was purchased an extended waranty was included for 5 years or 100,000 miles. I made it clear that i felt that it was a factory defect and should be covered by the warranty. I was given the run around, I feel because I was a woman. This matter has caused me a lot of stress not to mention $301.00 out of my own pocket. I do feel that i have been cheated, and also belittled by the service men at this company.

This is not the first time i have had to take my car in for repairs. This would make the 6th time. I purched this vehicle thinked that i was purchasing a realible vehicle for my family. Now i feel that all i bought was a lemon.

Gee, if this is a lemon, we'd hate to see a prune.
