I purchase the Mitsubishi Outlander LS 2007, brand new on December 01, 2007. Now my car has 12,800 miles and recently I've noticed that very often but not every time,the transmission is malfunctioning. After the car is in Parking is very difficult to swith to reverse or any other shift to move the car, not matter how hard I press the brake or play with the stick, it dooesn't move, it looks like it is locked or stuck,I have to wait for the car to give in the shift to finally move. I took the car to Mitsubishi dealer and they said there is nothinhg wrong with the car, that if they are unable to duplicate the problem there is not problem.

I told them I will take the car to my mechanic and he find a problem they will have to pay for it and they said they are not responsible and will not pay for anything that it's outside their place.
