Karen of Trenton NJ (04/11/06) Don of Trenton NJ (08/30/05) Michael of Ewing NJ (06/06/05) They charged me $320.00 to drain my fuel system, and for a new fuel filter. I picked-up the truck on a Saturday and drove it home but I only live three miles and it never warmed-up. The next day I set out for a long drive and when the vehicle warmed-up the same problem happened again and I towed it back to Capitol City Ford. The next day they hooked my truck up for engine diagnostics and found the Actual problem which was a warranty repair that would have cost me $100.00 but the waived that cost for my trouble. The problem is that they would not refund my original $320.00 for their incorrect diagnostics and I also had to rent a car during the second repair, which they would not compensate me for. I took them to small claims court but the service manager, Bill Duffy, lied to the presiding Judge by the name of McManimon and told him the cost of the second repair would have cost me $489.00 without telling the judge it was under warranty. The judge would not allow me to introduce proof of the fact that it was a warranty repair, told me I was not entitled to any extra money, and within 7 minutes dismissed the case. These men have no problem lying to their customers or in court to cover-up their incompetence not to mention in keeping money that they steel from their customers. Mike of Ewing NJ (05/19/05) This dealer would not reimburse me for the original erroneous repair or the rental car costs I incurred. Their mechanic and service manager repeatedly lied to me and cheated me out of money after I brought my truck there in good faith. This dealership is a dishonest bunch of crooks that no one should do business with! Anika of Trenton NJ (03/27/03) I got the car back and they said it was fixed. It wasn't 2 weeks after the first time I returned it for repairs I had to take it back for the same problem, the trunk. I asked again was the car in an accident because my trunk shouldn't leak like that. The bottom line is, March 11, 2003 was my 4th time sending the car back for the trunk and the 3rd time for my fuel pump. I was told by an appraiser from my insurance company that my car was in a rear end collision and he could tell. He showed me where the trunk was attached back. I tried contacting the dealership and the sales manager at the time was very rude to me. I did contact Ford and I spoke to a customer service manager named Eric and someone was supposed to get back to me and they haven't. That was March 12, 2003. I purchased the car in good faith believing a certified car will not give me any problems besides the normal problems cars have. I feel that a leaking trunk is a lifetime of problems as long as I have the car and Capital City knew that I was sold a car that should not have been certified. Patricia of Bordentown NJ (03/27/00) Anika of Trenton NJ (3/27/03):
