Ernest of Little Falls, NJ September 16, 2009

After Remco Transmissions Center repaired my transmission of a 2002 Volvo the engine light came on. When I took it to an authorized Volvo dealer they advise me that my engine was falling out and that the car was not safe to drive. I hav tried serveral times to reach out to Remco but I get the run around. They advise me that the owner, Bobby, is not in and that he wil call you when he gets back. He never gets back.

I've talded with Frances, she is the woman who answers the phone most times and she tells me all sorts of stories. Such as our tow truck is not working or we can not take our tow truck over certain roads and we will call you back when it's fixed. As of now I have nopt heard back from them.

My car was picked up by Remo the last week of June and I did not get it back until the first week of Augusst of 2009. I appears that when they reassembleed my car they did so inccorectley. I mentioned this to them the same day and since then they have trid thier best to ignor me. The repair of this job is costly and I beleive that Remo should be responsible to return my car in the same condition that they received it.

The mechanic of Prestige Volvo in East Hanover, New Jersey reported that multiple fault codes for engine control module, trans, control module, ABS, ect. On inspection the mechanic found that the engine is practically falling out of the car.

Remco is an auto-repair company. I went to them to have the transmission rebuilt on my car. Within a few weeks, the transmission was defective again. I returned to have the car serviced again with unsatisfactory results. They refuse to provide a refund for the inadequate service.

The transmission is still not working and I am unable to commute to and from work. I paid them $1300 for a service that was incomplete.

Edwin of Cambria Heights, NY May 16, 2001

whenever we use them to fix our transmission in 6 months to 1 year the transmission breaks down. We have recommended friends and family to this company and, they also had problems with their cars.
