Claudio of San Francisco writes:Many different problems have risen since Day 1 with my 1995 Mustang.. Radiator had trouble on many occasions during warranty and still came back from them stating nothing was wrong. Finally the whole radiator burst causing serious damage. Driver seat bracket was faulty, this also was of no concern to them and it broke 1,000 miles past the warranty and caused me and the seat to flip sideways every time I made a turn. I had to pay for the repair of this hazard, also car had been installed with a faulty alarm system that did not function properly, as it took me a long time to realize this. On several occasions they said nothing was wrong with it. Finally they admited to problems with such alarm, and informed me they had changed companies. They asked me to bring it in to put a so called new one. With this new alarm they gave me one lesser feature that came with the other one, but did not offer to change the price accordingly since I incorporated the price with the monthly car payment. They couldn't even tell me what price cost or difference there was. Many consequences, for starters car had been broken in twice losing car stereos due to faulty alarm system, seat bracket broken due to its condition from the factory, many other issues that were left unresolved to this day, Report Your Experience
