James of Maryville TN (9/6/03):
First we find on 31st day after purchase we were ripped in the paperwork owing $10,000 on a Saturn with sale price of $13,900 including options added and still owing over $10,000 after paying $8,000 down cash.

Second ... After rolling up on a curb and backing off the bumper nearly came off.(99% of vehicles suffer NO damage in this kind of situation and are not supposed to) No one at the dealership management would even come outside their office to look at it (I drove 60 miles to get someone to look at it 30 there ..30 back). Claimed shop was too busy to look at it...and upon pulling into service area...people were standing around with nothing to do.

Another reputable body shop that looked at it..said that was not supposed to happen and appeared that all the retainer parts were not attached properly in manufacture. Third The cruse control makes a loud clunk when it is disengaged everytime! I have never had a cruise control do this even though I have had many.

Fourth ... we had bought a service contract that was supposed to pay for oil, tire rotation etc...and were still charged for it on two different occasions. We paid $1,670 for this option an so far have got nothing for it in return.

I now own an overpriced, useless warranty 2002 with a hanging loose bumper and less than 10,000 miles owing over $10,000.
