Suzuki motors corporation Japan, I have bought a Suzuki xl-7 from agent in Muscat Moosa Abdulrahman Hassan 4 years ago (in 2005), after 3 months from the date of purchasing the car is started with two problems, breaks and remote control for doors opening, till now the same problems (contiues) going on without finding any solution, agent keep promising me but no hope and lately I discovered whenever sending the car for break (drums which makes very high sound) problem repairs the agent spray the break drums with WD40 to let the sound of breaks drum stop for few days which is wrong and might cause in an accident and this practice every month almost happenning,

two years ago one of [Suzuki's] technicians visited Oman and came with agents technician to my house in the same car and they took it for repairs, who has ageed also it is manufacturer defect and he promised when he is going back to Japan will solve this problem and find solution for it, the agent keep agreeing and telling this is manufacturing defect in this type of cars,

[They] know very well if this is happened in japan or united state [they] already withdrawn all cars from the market, I waited a lot and this car must be changed or find solution for me. I am going to blame [Suzuki] and agent specially if I involved in an bad accident due to breaks and what agent is doing, as I believe [they] don't want as international manufacturer to loose name, reputation so requesting [they] take necessary action accordingly and immediately.

My car has been in the repair shop for over a month due to incompetence. In March 2009, my car had to have the head replaced. It was under warranty and when they did the work, they did not pull the engine nor did they change the oil or filter as was procedure. They claimed they didnt have to do that.

Well, 1 month later I broke down and had to have the car towed back to Suzuki 112. It's been there ever since, first waiting for approval for a new engine, and now waiting for more repair work. It seems that they can't even install the new engine properly, had to work on the lifters, then the tensioners, and still waiting for more parts. They do not call with any information, but just keep telling me it'll be ready this day, then the next day, etc.

While riding on inerstate 75 on sept. 30 after several attempts of taking a Gsxr Suzuki 1000 2006 to the dealership complaining about the front end shaking. they kept it both times to check out the problem but both times they failed to repair the problems. So one night while out riding the bike started to shake and eventually flip and wrecked putting me in Icu for a night four days in the hospital.

I couldnt walk for three months. I lost my state job as and officer and had to have a nurse come to my house for two hours everyday for three months to change my bandages. I eventually leran to walk again but I never returned to work.I am applying for disability as we speak because of my accident

my right shoulder is still dislocated and does not funtion properly both knees were sheared off the left is numb the rightis disfigured my left wrist is growing back because it was sheared off from me naturally trying to catch myself when I went down.

I contacted Suzuki because my 6 year old daughter got tangled in her seatbelt trying to get out. The seat belt retracted and squeezed her belly about to about 3 inches wide.It was a scary sight. The seatbelt locked and there was no way to get her out except to cut her free, luckilly I was at my house so I could quickly get some sisors to free her. I contacted suzuki to let them know about the safety hazzard and requested that they replace my seatbelt.

They completly blew it off and would do nothing about it. I even sent a picture to show how severe it was. Thet said my daughter was wearing her seatbelt incorectly, as if they was there. I was ther and she was wearing it coreecty. There is no reason this should have happened to my young daughter and ther I don't care attitude was just digusting. I'm ready to sell my car now and never buy Suzuki again.

I don't have the money to relace this seatbelt, and it is obviosly something I need with two kids in the back. This is of no concern to Suzuki. I have only owned the car scince November. my daughter only had a small bruise because I cut her free within a few minutes of trying to free her.

I've owned the car for 4 years and had to replace door handles 6 times.

It gets expensive! Also, there is the inconvenience of having to climb in a back door or the passenger door to slide over to the driver's seat until I can have the handle repaired again.
