Toyota has one of the highest customer satisfaction records around and is within spitting distance of displacing General Motors as the #1 auto manufacturer. It has also snagged the mantle of environmental champion with its Prius and other hybrids.

But Toyota's not perfect and neither are its dealers. Many consumers willingly pay a premium price for Toyotas, spending thousands more than they'd pay for a comparable car from another manufacturer. Our advice: do your research, shop around.
