We purchased a vehicle from them on 08/18/2009 and it was a 2010 Camaro. I bought the car home and took it to get insurance and then parked it in the garage. this morning 08/19/2009 when i take the car out the Garage i start the car with the remote start and it is rattling so we turned it off and turned it back on it seem to be okay. i get out the drive way to go to work and the car is smoking. my whole blk a cloud of smoke just coming out the car and making noise like the motor is blown up.

i park it back in the garage and call the dealer and when they get there they said we cant exchange the car and there is oil all over the inside of the motor and coming out of the exhaust. i tell them i would like a new car because that is what i purchased and they said they can just fix the car. i left the car there because i dont want it fixed i just ourchased a 40,000 dollar car not a lemon, i just need to see what can be done regarding this issue. please email me to see where i can get help. i really didnt buy a new car to go get an attorney now.
