Konica Minolta Business Solutions

jose of falls church, VA May 28, 2009

Back in January 11, 2007 I purchased or leased Konica Minolta Magicolor 2490MF serial no# 72007023,let me start out to say that this company even tricked me and said i had bought the machine when in fact it was leased. This equipment was delivered to my office on Jan 18, 2007. Installation was done by Jared T. Butler since then the equipment was working properly then in november 2008 the machine was not printing the information evn when the toner cartridge was replaced two weeks before. I called the rep Seif with whom i had spoken with about the problem with the printer. he came to my office to investigate then he gave me a phone number from the tech Mr. Andrew he gave me instruction what i should do i followed correctly but still the equipment did not work nor does it work. since i can not do anything or have use for this malfunction printer. I had put the printer on the side during the tax season.

I am very dissatisfied with the way this is not being handled or fixed. I since called more often and nothing has been done yet i continue to get harrassed by phone calls saying i owe alot of money that i am past due well i am not going to pay anything. One because i wanted to keep using this printer and i would of continued to pay if the printer was working the way it is suppose to be working. They(Konica Minolta) do not want to understand or they just do not care about Customers what kind of business is this? they just want their money charge and charge will why should i pay for something that i can not use or i am not using? I asked them repeatly to come and either change this printer for a new one or to just take it back i do not want this in my office anymore! You can not even get them on the phone or they just do not listen they call only to get a payment from me they work with CTI Corp.

I had told them to even put notes on my acct. which i have been told that they have but yet they still call me every single day and every hour. I even spoke with the Manager and he gave me a order number 1048059 he had told me that he will get someone to come and see the printer for me but no one ever showed up. I am really tired and fed up with this situation. I am an elderly man and the economy has hit my business hard but yet these people they do not understand. I explained over and over everytime the Sales Rep or the CTI call and yet of course it is like it goes to one ear out the other. all they repeat is you have a past due amount when can you pay this or it will go to collection. I have now ignored their calls because if they choose not to answer my needs or even try to work with me then why should i listen to them? I am a decent hardworking man and i have clients that count on me and appreciate me and my willingness to be polite and helpful and i get along with everyone. This has really put a strain on me and i can not continue to fight with this issue i need answers and i need to solve this so that is why i decided to write to you.

Lizetthe of San Francisco, CA December 2, 2005

Tracy Vasaturo came to my business, Immigrant services, and had my husband, who has a diagnosis of Alzheimer's, sign a contract for a copy machine on February 24, 2004. It was very apparent that he was not cognitively competant to sign a business form because of his illness. He has had Alzheimer's since before 2002 which has been documented by his physician. Furthermore, he could not have understood anything the document said. It is obvious that the document was tampered with and the signature crossed out and resigned in a different area of contract. I Lizette, his wife contacted the Konica Minolta Business Solutions to have them take the copy machine back and was told that this was impossible. I attempted to pay because I was not given any other option. The machine has never been used and it is not feasable to keep. I am now being harassed for payments which has put extreme stress in my life.
