Rapid Copier Repair
New York, NY

Leon of Manhattan writes:

I paid Rapid Copier $125 for a six month service contract for my copy machine. I started having problems with it sometime in May. I called up Mr. C, who is the senior field engineer to come into my office to fix it. He called me once and said that he would come in to fix my machine.

He never showed up and I have been leaving him messages since. He never ruturns any of my phone calls and no one ever picks up the phone at the number he gave me.

My machine is still broken and Mr. C has my $125.
