This is an update to the original complaint that I filed on 6/08/09. The company has refused to let me return the sheets. They don't believe that there is anything wrong with them. I am not trying to take advantage of the company. I'm actually keeping the higher priced items that I ordered from them (bedcap comforters). The 2 sets of sheets are horrible quality and not usable. Even my children agree. I guess that this company doesn't have a poor quality return policy and they don't want to believe their customers. I started e-mailing the company about a return for the sheets the same day that I received the order. I didn't keep them for awhile, then change my mind. They were never used and I put them back in their original packaging. I would highly recommend people to not buy sheets from this company. I had to learn this lesson the hard way and I have lost 79. I told the company that if I had to keep the sheets, the only thing I could do with them is to cut them up and use them as cleaning rags. Pretty expensive cleaning rags! I just wanted to warn other consumers about this company. I've never been treated like this by any other company.

I bought 2 sets of sheets from their online store. They are advertised as 200 thread count 50/50 cotton, poly blend. I opened them and washed them 1 time. They came out of the dryer very wrinkled and scratchy. (I dried them on low temp) When I tried to find the care and content tags on the sheets, none of the sheets or pillowcases had care and content tags sewn into them. Is it legal to sell sheets that have no tags? I've never seen any clothing or linens that did not have tags in them.

The package that the sheets came in had care and fiber content printed on it, but no tags on the sheets themselves. I put all the sheets back in their original packages and let the company know that I want to return them because I think that they are defective and very poor quality. They may not let me return them because I washed them 1 time. They will let me know in 24 hours. What do you think about the no tag situation and what should I do if they do not let me return them? I Lose 80 dollars if I can't return them. It's more about being fair to the consumer than the money. Thank you
