I tried to place an order and my Payboo card was declined. I called customer service, and Daniela spent 39 minutes on the phone with me to resolve the issue. I feel that she done an excellent job. She contacted the card company directly, along with others to resolve my issue. I am very happy with the service that I received. I trust B&H to always do the right thing. I always look to B&H first whenever I order a related product. B&H has demonstrated that they are a very reliable and honest company.

B&H is consistently the most comprehensive online store for my photographic need and their website store is easy and efficient to use. I also periodically avail myself of the experts' knowledge and advice and have always been completely satisfied. I recommend B&H to anyone who needs anything photographic-related.

I've been a B&H customer for decades. 90% of my equipment has been bought online and only once was I able to visit the store in-person, which was an amazing experience (I hope to visit there again someday because I was like a kid in a candy store--wanting everything!). As far as my experience ordering online, it's been great. If I know what I want, I search, and it to the cart and pay. If I need some help deciding between a couple of choices or need recommendations, I've never been let down by the people who chat with me. Everyone there is knowledgeable.

Very easy to use this site. Immediate approval. I would recommend to every one to use this site. I value using B&H for many purchases over the years. It was easy to find and purchase the exact guide scope that I wanted on the B&H website. The fast free shipping was also a real plus.

I called in sales to make an inquiry of a Denon speaker. The call was abruptly disconnected for no apparent reasons. If the call was not hung up by the representative, he should have called me back for a sale, since they all have caller ID for calling number, but no. This is not the first time I shop at B&H. Just like their other reviews: inconsistent customer service. I hope this review will prompt the Director of Sales to get the bottom of it.
