I purchased a camera online through The Camera Whiz. I received an email to call them to confirm the order, but got a call from them Sunday night before I had a chance to call them. He talked me into purchasing a memory card and threw in a free camera case. When I got the UPS package and opened it up, there was an empty camera box in it! It took me 2 months, several calls (rude, intimidating men) to them and my bank, to get my money back! I also closed my debt card account because I was so worried they might make future bogus charges and sell my information out. Anxious times.

Out of my money for 2 months. Lots of anxioty.

I purchased what I thought was a good price for a Kodak v705 camera. when I ordered the salesperson wanted to sell me everything including the kitchen sink. I ended up getting a 5 year warranty, a 4gig memory card (which does not even work in the camera because it can only take a 2gig). After calling numerous times trying to get the warranty card, I gave up until I had a problem with the camera.

I contacted them regarding the warranty and they finally sent me the warranty card on . I tried to use the warranty because the camera is literally falling apart, screws are starting to pop out. Well the warranty company told me that I was sent the wrong warranty card and I really didn't have any way possibe of making a claim because it should have been done in the first 30 days. So basically I am out of luck. I went to far as to send them a fax of the purchase invoice showing everything I was telling them was true. Well to no avail. I am out a extended warranty and stuck with a camera that is falling apart. Great deal!!!!!By the way, everytime I have tried to call in, the people in customer service dont have any patience. Nice customer service
