Harvey of Beverly Hills CA (12/20/04):
I called Casio and sent several e-mails voicing my unhappiness and requesting a replacement camera. Following my fourth call to Casio, I received a letter laying out criteria for reimbursement. I was pleased to put this matter behind me and phoned the individual who wrote the letter to arrange for a pick-up. No pick-up was scheduled by Casio. Nearly 30 days later, under advice of counsel, I sent a certified letter demanding the refund. The deadline has passed and I have not received a reply to my letter. Casio's arrogant behavior is inexcusable and I shall exhaust my remedies without delay. Damage Resulting: $650, camera + accessories, loss of use. Report Your Experience
