I ordered two video cameras from Nevada Systems, Boulder City, NV, back in Feburary of this year. I paid by my Visa Account/Bank of America. When my order was shipped it only had one camera and stated the other camera was backordered. I have phoned, faxed, emailed the owner Jeffrey H. numerous times with NO response. I did surprise him with a call from another number and left a message that I wanted to place an order. He immediately called me back and was so nervous once I told him who I was. Since then I have never been able to make contact.

My order was over $500.00 for the cameras and video cables. He charged me $250.00 per camera and again only shipped one. I have all documentation to back my facts. He will either need to supply the sony camera I ordered not a cheaper one which he does sell or refund my $250.00 for the camera never shipped. He did promise to ship the other camera the one time I did reach him. That again is when I called from another number and left a message stating my number and that I needed to talk to him about placing an order.
