I keep getting prank phone calls from a number that turned out to be Allegiance Telecom when I did a reverse search. This has been going on for a week now. I will get anywhere from 4 to 10 prank calls a day on my cell phone. It rings once (rarely twice) and then it stops before I can answer it. I've been trying to answer it, so that I can ask them to stop calling, but so far no luck. This is annoying!

Interuption during the work day. Possible use of cell-phone minutes.

They keep calling my phone. I have magic jack and I guess this keeps happening to cell phones. I am in the process of reporting to BBB. I get over 10 calls every night starting at 8 pm up to 11 pm. It is absolutely ridiculous!

I have to wake up at 4 am and calls at 11 pm SUCK! They keep me up, wake my children and today interrupted a deposition from a previous 10 times. THEY JUST CALLED AGAIN WHILE TYPING THIS!!! 12 times so far this evening.

I started getting phone calls from the number above about a month and a half ago. At first it was just a few calls here and there, it is always the same woman. I have told her repeatedly to take me off there call list, that I was not interested in what she had to sell me. According to her the company she works for gets people Grants for school, housing, etc.

The calls have gotten worse over the past few weeks, 20+ calls a day. I recieved in a matter of 2 hrs a total of 6 calls. I have recieved calls at 11pm, they call at all hours of the day and night. I would really just like the calls to stop. If there is any sugestions on how to do so, please let me know. Thank You

I am a full time student, I have several hours of studing for several test per day, and I get interupted repeatedly.

In the past two weeks I have recently started receiving calls. I did a reverse call look up and it is to Allegiance Telecom. I started to do research but of course their website does not work since the are no longer in business. Today alone I started getting calls at 8:00a.m. this phone number started calling and I finally started answering it tonight around 7. It is now 11:34p.m and I just got another call at 11:19pm. I have been on the no call list since Oct. 18, 2007 and I do not understand what is going on.

23 calls in one day is ridiculous! It rings but when answered nobody is on the other end of the call. Needless to say I have contacted an attorney and I am looking forward to hear what we ALL can do to get silence in our life again! If I can do anything else please let me know!!

I go to bed pretty early since I have 3 children and I work. I have wasted so many minutes trying to get somebody to be on the other end. I am now starting to twich everytime my phone rings. Plus I would love to sleep without being woke up because I forget to turn off my phone. Who knew being tortured by cell phone could even happen!

Called me 4 times within my first complaint to you. I looked them up online and found Allegiance was taken over by XO communications. I called XO and they said the number belongs to VONAGE. I called them and of course got someone who speaks broken english.

They told me they would take care of it and I shouldn't receive any more calls from them. While on the phone with them my cell phone rings and guess who it was? I told the man on the phone this and all he said was Oh. Well I hope he puts a stop to it like he says he will.

Took me over an hour to finally get a hold of someone.
