Irma of Daytona Beach FL (12/07/08) Scott of Orlando, FL November 23, 2008 Scott of Orlando FL (11/23/08) Jo of Lake Wales, FL November 10, 2008 Jo of Lake Wales FL (11/10/08) Linda of Bakersfield, CA October 29, 2008 Linda of Bakersfield CA (10/29/08) We did discussed possibly having to turn off services if financial difficulties became worse, but notified them we would later contact them to let them know when and if was necessary to do so at a later time. They said that would be fine. Later on in the week of my birthday October 17, 2008 one day we came home to watch t.v. and realized it was disconnected. We did not immediately get alarmed because there has been new construction and that has cause our cable to temporarily be out for short periods of time. But, when it did not come back on after an hour or so I did call to find out what the status of my account was after reviewing my records and seeing nothing unusual, nor on my current billing of 08/28/08-10/02/08 in the amount of 102.92 Which was crossed in the mail while we went into the office to pay the previous amount listed above. So I wasn't worried. However, they came back on the line and ifnormed me that SOMEONE from my home had called to request that service be discontinued. I ask if they had a name of the person and asked if they verified andy additional security informationi so I could inquire with my daughter who is (15) fifteen. But, the representative Julie could not give me any such information and said she would have her supervisor review my account and and call because I reminded her that if they recorded all their calls then their should have been some type of information they could give me. I simply want them to continue honoring their promotional pricing for basic of 8.49 tx. and limited basic for 22.36+ tx. Instead of the monthly charge of 51.37 which, I cannot afford because I am on permanent disability and have a fixed income of Disability only.
