Sony Ericsson

DESAI of VALSAD, India May 25, 2009

I had bought Sony Erricsson W350i mobile handset on 25th oct. 2008,from "KRISHNA MOBILES,stadium road, VALSAD". After 15 days of purchasing i felt bed functioning and multiple problems in handset so i concernt with "KRISHNA MOBILES", so they sent me at "COMPUTER CARE". Right from that day i had given my phone to them 5 times for repairing under warranty of the handset but every time they failed in firing my problem.

still i have many problems in handset. Moreover i lost my contacts and data from my phone every time. Now i feel they are unable to fire my problems. so i request to get me a replacement of this handset unless i have to take legal action against company. waiting for your early reply.

About 4 months ago I purchased a Son Ericsson x1A phone for the amount of 850.00.Few weeks after, I noticed that I could not hear the person on other line, therefore I contacted their repair center asking them to fix or replace this expensive phone. To my surprise, the phone came back in the same condition accompanied by some bad pictures and a brief letter where it states that there was liquid damaged found which is irreversible and not covered by warranty. There was no liquid damage as I know and as the pictures showed.

So I contacted them and spoke to numerous representatives with no results including manager Amber who finally assured me they will fix problem if I will send the phone again. To by biggest surprise phone came back same condition as first time and as I called again numerous times to request info I had to deal with many unprofessional customer service reps with no results over and over again. I asked them to show me where the damage was and how can I see it myself and how can I have this matter fixed but I got to answers from anyone.

I got to supervisor Mark (no last name provided) and he asked me to send phone again and he will take care of it personally. My biggest shock was when they contacted me in couple of days after, saying that the box they received was empty and there was no phone. It was shipped by FedEx and there is no way that FedEx would open and take phone out from package. I truly believe that this is a scam and they just wanted to get read of me and they found the easiest way to do that. To make my phone disappear! This is extremely shocking and unprofessional way to treat your customer esspecialy from such a big name like Son Ericsson.I has no words to express my disappointed and anger. Thank you total loss of 982.00

I sent my cell phone to them twice for repair. The first time that said that they fixed the phone speaker, because I could not hear on the phone. Onces I received it back I it was never fixed. I sent it back the same day it was received.

Now the phone on the first day back it continue to cut off. I call them the next day and the will not send me a new phone. I have talk with Karen, Margette, Ella and Ryan. I feel that they should send me a new phone. Called to get the mailing address or e-mail address they continue to give me the wrong addresses. I have done all that I can do to get help with this problem. I have gotten loaner phones waiting for my phone to be repair. I not happy with the service that they did not give me in the first place. Thanks

Phone turn off every few minutes.

ive had my sony ericsson k800i for about 4 months now and sometimes it simply wont charge. my mum had the same phone before me and had been experiencing the same problem. i have 2 young kids and cant afford to buy a new phone because i cannot get my old one to charge.

when my phones battery runs out of charge it can take me a few days to get it charged again. i really needed my phone one day when my son had a meningitis scare and i had to go and get my aunt to phone the hospital for me

After only 5 months of owning the Siony-Ericsson W580i the buttons on the front of the phone started feeling loose. The main button that you push the top to call and the bottom to return/go back stuck down. I used my fingernail to get under the edge to lift it up and the button broke into 3 pieces. The top corner piece fell off. I called AT&T who told me that since it showed physical damage that it was no longer under warranty and they couldn't help me. I was then forwarded to Sony-Ericsson who told me that I could send them my phone for repair and if if was deemed physical damage then I would have to pay to have it repaired.

I then did some research on-line and found a forum on the AT&T site that listed several complaints about the buttons on these phone and one stated that this is a know issue and call the 800 number and tell them this and they would replace the phone. I have replaced the phone, but the replacement phone cannot do a lot of the functions it is supposed to do. I am going to look into another replacement. I have two friends who number buttons have fallen off of their phones and one of them has received a replacement phone only to have the same problem occur. She called Customer Service immediately only to be told that it is not in warranty. She hung up crying and not knowing what to do with a phone that is a piece of junk under a two-year contract for the phone.

This causes lost time of use on the phone and time to sit and try to explain it to customer service, whom doesn't speak or understand English. Then to be given the run-around to try to get the phone taken care of and setting up the replacement phone.
