Donna of Castlewood, VA March 1, 2006

Donna of Castlewood VA (03/01/06)
I was charged 2.00 a minute to use my Verizon calling card. I did not know this until I received my phone bill. When I called the company, they said I had talked to a live operator and was told what the charge would be, but I was not told and I didn't speak with anyone. The call went straight through to the number I dialed.

Somebody called me and represented themselves from Qwest and offered some sort of bundle deal. I thought it was Qwest until I called Qwest to verify it. Qwest promised to put a block on my account so nobody would be able to make changes to it.

I guess that failed because I just received the bill. Not only am I paying for Qwest Unlimited Long Distance, I am also paying for lLD service long distance. This was not suppose to happen. I certainly wouldn't change my plan to pay per minute when I already have unlimited at a flat fee.

SURFSAFE INTERNET through ILD TELESERVICES, Inc. has billed me Dec. 08, 2005 and Jan. 12, 2006 WITHOUT MY AUTHORIZATION.

I have NOT ordered service from SurfSafe Internet. I refuse to pay them. They are a dishonest company as far as I'm concerned.

Horse of Napoleon, OH February 24, 2006

Horse Power Sales of Napoleon OH (02/24/06)

When we received our Sprint bill, we called Sprint and have found out Ild Teleservices Inc. has charged our account 2.15 since October 2005. I asked "Angela" at Ild Teleservices Inc. who-or-what is this place and she said," we are a billing company for integrated services."

"Angela" has no idea why we are being charged this amount but has assured me we will no longer be charged this fee. She gave me no address but phone # given 1-877-540-0009 is a house answering machine. I would like to file a complaint due to unnecessary unauthorized charges on my Sprint account.

Craig of Lithonia GA (02/24/06)
Ild Teleservices Inc. billed us for 7 months through Bellsouth for 13.34 on behalf of Nationwide Voice, LLC, for a service we never purchased.
