LG Cell Phones |

|
Tanya of Fairview, NJ April 7, 2009 On April 5, 2009 I was sold a cell phone (LG SHINE). I paid 170.00 dollars. Tony told me that the cell phone had garantee for a year. After a purchased the phone, i called the LG company. I gave then the model number and they told me that i was sold an international phone not met for the US. So i an not covered unless i send the phone to europe and call long distance. The next day i went back to the dealer. An older man took care of me, Tony said he was busy. I told him what the problem was he said this is not true, that this his business and he knows what he does. So i call LG company and put then on speaker so the owner can hear. After he heard that the phone was for international use and not ment for US he got very rude and loud. He did not let me talk. He said he does not give money back, the sign is on the wall and if i can read it thats not his problem. If offer other cell phone that were from t-mobile but because i have been a member of t-mobile i knew the value was alot less than what i paid. On top of all this all the instructions are german. He said to get on line and figure it out. I got on line but they offer no help because its an international phone so no features, or instruction are give to this model.
