Nuvox

Secure of Palm Harbor, FL July 29, 2009

M. Kimling has for 6 months promised us a 300 credit on our account. This has yet to be credited. Upon inception with NUVOX, we were guaranteed telephone service and internet service at a speed and efficiency. This did not occur until we lost numerous customers and many dollars worth of business. NUVOX continued to send out technicians who were unable to correct all issues we were experiencing. THEY HAVE NOW SHUT OFF OUR PHONE SERVICE YESTERDAY BUT MY HUSBAND'S COMPANY TOO.

NUVOX is tortuously innerferring in our ability to conduct business. They must be held accountable for their guarantees of efficient telephone and internet services which they have not provided. The 300 credit they owe us is for referrals of customers in our building.

I have had the same email for over 10 years and all Lenders recognize and have that address only. Having to use YAHOO has caused us considerable difficulties. Their telephone service from inception was delayed from the beginning of our business relationship with NUVOX due to their false promises and untruthful representations which never materialized.

Nuvox are charging their clients 5.95 on top of thier bills every time they send out the monthly bill statement to the clients.

Kiffin of Asheville, NC February 14, 2008

I got a call from Nuvox Communications, West Palm Beach, FL Stating I have won in your Sweepstakes. They are requiring me to send them 375.25 Shipping and handling charges or something like that. I am a disabled Widower with a mentally Challenged Son with behavior problems. I am also in chapter 13 Bankruptcy to save our house. I would be great if I am truly the winner but if this is a SCAM that is almost half of my son's disability check and we cannot afford to lose that. He then requested that I send an additional 1700.00. I told him that there was no way that i could send that mouch money it was more than I have coming in each month on Disability. I have requested a refund so I could use that 375 to help me get the balance. So far he keeps skatting around my request. This was all based on a sweepstakes that I entered with Gold Rush Casino and I did in fact enter a sweepstake with them the winnings were 3.5 Million
