Anne of Wallingford CT (01/29/07) After spending nearly four hours trying to resolve a credit which was due to me, I was able to talk to a person when I got my credit company to set up a conference call, I was told, in a conference call, that I was owed 407.63.
Then SunRocket credited me for half that on my credit card. When asked, I was told that the billing department has rejected what their representative has told me and the credit company representative in a conference call; there is no way anyone in SunRocket could reverse what the billing department did and I was not allowed to speak with the billing department.

Karen of South Lake Tahoe, CA October 30, 2006
Karen of South Lake Tahoe CA (10/30/06) Signed up for monthley phone service through our cable, Charter, and when the product arrived I set it all up. It never worked just right. The calls were delayed and hard to hear sometimes. I called a few times and hoped it was resolved. Then a month later we were getting booted off the internet every time we used the phone and it would take hours for the internet to work again. We had the cable company out a few times trying to resolve the problem.
I stopped using the phone in late july and called Sunrocket for some help. They emailed me some things to do and this did not help. At this point they told me they would refund me for September and not charge me in October. I was never refunded in September and they did charge me for October.
I called and talked with I believe her first name was Amy and I was told I would recieve a complete refund from when I first signed up. I then only recieved a refund for one month. I called again and once again was told by a supervisor Ken I believe that I would be refunded the full amount. Today I recieved a letter stating I would not recieve anymore refund than the one month.
Robin of Gardnerville, NV September 1, 2006
Robin of Gardnerville NV (09/01/06) In December of 2005, I signed up for Sunrocket's VOIP internet phone service. In June 2005 Sunrocket was made aware by the FCC that they had to make their service compatable with 911 service, but did not tell me this was pending. On June 28th at noon, I received an e-mail that because Sunrocket did not get their system in compliance with the FCC ruling of a year before, they were terminating my service. They in fact terminated my service THAT morning before alerting me by e-mail.
I have a home-based business and also tele-commute for Barclays Global Investors and was suddenly cut off. I wasted 85 for the printing of cards for my business, lost business that was calling that day, and this also impacted my work for Barclays. All communications with Sunrocket have been stonewalled, and they will not pick up the phone. And to get another line, I had to get a whole other number because they cut it off so quick, Verison had nothing to change over, I had to start from scratch and alert all of my colleagues and customers.
Hyung-Deok of Fairfax, VA July 14, 2005
Hyung of Fairfax VA (07/14/05) I purchased a unit of internet phone on Dec. 12 and retured it a few days later, but I could not get refunded yet. I contacted them several times in Feb, March, April, and May, but they always change their words.
I want to get compensated for monetary and mental damages.
