Wireless Galaxy

Mary of LaGrange, KY July 6, 2009

I ordered a cell phone battery from Wireless Galaxy believing I would receive the battery in 5 to 7 business days. 12 business days later I attempted to call customer service only to be put through to voice mail due to the "large volume of calls" because I never recieved an email confirming my order or my battery. So I emailed them instead.

I received a response several days later (not 6 to 24 hours as stated) stating that they had a problem with their system (funny how they had no trouble debiting my account), however, they had processed my order and I would receive a confirmation number from their shipping department. Again, I received nothing.

I called today and was given a tracking number which I promptly entered at usps.com. Although I had repeated back to the woman who answered the phone, the number did not work. I tried to call back numerous times. No one answered.

I just sent another email and am waiting for their response. Regardless of what they do, if anything, I will never do business with them again and advise anyone else from ordering from them either. I am out 16.78. Also, I have not been able to use my phone because the battery will not charge.

Sent me two broken phones- refuses refund after both returned saying one is missing box. GE moneybank refuses to cancel charge- on hold with them fo over an hour. Both useless companies!

Richard of Glen Allen, VA August 3, 2007

12/27/2006 I ordered 2 cell phone cases (order #167024). Only one item arrived without any info regarding the other item. After call the company I was informed that the item was on backorder and would be shipped out in a few weeks. After some time and no delivery of the item, I called the company again. This time I was told that the item was not available but that I could have a different case. I declined and requested a refund to my credit card. Some time passes and no refund on my credit card. I again call the company and am told that an online gift card had been refunded to me. I was never informed of this prior to my call and have no documentation that there is a credit/gift card in my name. At this point I again request a refund to my credit card or a check and am told that too much time has passed for the company to issue such a refund.

They did at this point say that the item I originally ordered was in stock and could be shipped to me. I agree. Following this I get 40 or so US postal packages addressed to me. The few that I opened contained items intended for other customers and the packing slips for those individuals. I called the company and helped them get these items back over the next few days. I was told at the time that they would be sending me a check for the refund I had requested. Still no check, no refund even after being told additional times that a request for refund would be placed and a check sent. I have placed 30 or so calls to the company with the most recent call on 8/3/2007. I have left messages for the owner Shahbaz Khan (Team manager) on his office and cellular phones without any response from him.

I would like to get refunded the purchase price of 14.99 plus any tax and shipping that was charged for this item.
