Screen protector products cracked in less than a week. Could not get access to my account. Waited on chat for 3 hours for them to tell me to set up a new account. Customer service was terrible, slow to respond, no solutions, would not listen to me. Repeated myself multiple times. Set up new account with a different email address and still could not access account to get a warranty product.

I’m disappointed with Belkin’s screen protector warranty process. I was told Belkin now enforces “fair treatment for all customers nationwide,” but my actual experience does not feel fair or consistent. My husband recently received a free Belkin replacement screen protector by mail, with no shipping fee, after purchasing his phone through Apple. I purchased mine through Verizon and was told I would need to pay $10 shipping for a warranty replacement.
Customer support kept repeating policy language without clearly explaining why two customers in the same household with Belkin screen protectors are being treated differently. If the warranty terms differ depending on where the product was purchased, that should be stated clearly upfront. The product itself may be fine, but the warranty experience has been frustrating and confusing. “Fair treatment” should mean customers can expect the same warranty outcome, or at least a clear explanation of why not.

I bought a 3-in1 foldable magnetic charger from Costco online last 10/25. Now, 6mos later, the phone charging portion doesn’t work, only the watch charger does. Bummer!

I just purchased a Belkin screen protector (Titan Smartshield) for my new Galaxy S26 Ultra couple of weeks ago. I wanted to get the best protection for my new device, so I paid the premium price for it. The installation was very easy and I was satisfied. I then dropped my phone from about 3 feet (Waist high) and the screen protector broke in six places and webbed all over the screen. I sent in an RMA and was denied replacement. They market this screen protector like it is amazing and they have done all these drop tests, but mine broke at 3 feet drop. If this was 6 months after I bought it and not 2 weeks, it might be a little different. I will never buy another Belkin product.

Please don’t buy this poor quality screen protector. Because they don't replace your screen protector. I bought product and after two months it broken and they didn’t accept to replace it although they ensured me they replaced them.

I bought my screen protector directly from Apple. Super overpriced but figured unlimited warranty so why not. It is unbelievable that Apple associates itself with this company/product. Everything about dealing with this company is terrible. Their screen protector broke almost immediately with no major drop or incident. When going to get a replacement you have to have all of the original information when you purchased the product to be eligible (which I had), I then had to submit multiple support cases every couple of days until they finally approved one for whatever reason, once they approved the replacement I had to pay $10 for shipping which seems like completely false advertisement on a “free” replacement.
I pay the $10 fill out all my information, and wait for my product to ship. A few days following I get an email from Belkin saying that I need to confirm my address, I confirm my address, I get another email from Belkin asking to confirm my address, I confirm it again, I then get another email saying that my shipment is confirmed asking for a final address confirmation with an attached address that is clearly some failed AI attempt at copying my multiple clear verifications. I am now 8th in a support queue on a Thursday night where I haven’t moved in 20 mins. Avoid this company and its products at all cost.

I paid $75 at Verizon for the screen protector. I did send the receipt into Belkin and got a replacement with no problem. After that I wouldn't think I would have to have send the receipt again every single time. I guess it's my fault but who holds on to a receipt forever? As I've seen in the reviews, please try and get you to go through a bunch of loopholes to get a replacement. The screen protector is no better than 99% of them out there. This is what was told to me by the asurion staff. They said it's not worth the money and you get a runaround every time you try and get a replacement. Lesson learned.

We installed the Belkin app called WeMo to remotely manage a Belkin smart plug controlling a heater at a second home. Belkin just discontinued the app without an alternative. We are now unable to turn off the heater, which is unsafe. There was no warning in the app when we turned it on last night. Customer Service indicates they only operate on weekdays. Not helpful. How about notifying your customers via email or through an in-app notification? That would have been so easy. We won't be purchasing any future Belkin products.

Have just been on hold for one hour and 16 minutes before I made contact with a representative of Belkin to be told their systems are haywire and they cannot send me a link so that I can send a copy of my Apple receipt for the purchase yesterday. Absolutely unacceptable. Hurry up and wait and we're not sure if it will get to you so maybe you could call back tomorrow. The worst customer service imaginable. I'll never purchase from this firm again. They made it a total nightmare!

Do not buy Belkin products. They want so much paperwork to honor their warranty. I presented the receipt and the screen shot of the damaged screen protector. They do not respond to your email. I'm sure they have a million emails to respond to. Their products are worthless. Do not buy their products!!!

I ordered wireless headphones for my daughter for a Christmas gift. I researched and these were rated high for kids. I decided to order directly from the website to ensure it was straight-forward and they'd arrive on time. I chose 3 business day to expedite their arrival. I ordered on 12/19/25, and today is 01/10/26 and I still have not received additional updates or received the product.
After Christmas, I ordered the exact same ones from Amazon and received them 2 days later. I have reached out to Belkin through chat on their website and by phone multiple times. There have been empty promises and zero help. Of course, they charged me for the product but have only told me it looks like the order was fulfilled. I've been so disappointed in the lack of customer service or trying to make things right for us. I will never use their website to order again and will likely look for other product brands, based on other reviews I've seen. The only upside is my daughter has thoroughly enjoyed the headphones (second set I ordered from Amazon) and hasn't had any issues so far. I'm sure if we do, there will be no help received from Belkin.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Screen cover cracked when it fell on a carpeted surface within less than a month. Likewise, my daughter's cracked in several places within a week. Belkin required endless information to get a replacement, including photos of cracked cover (how do you do that and leave it on your phone until replacement issued?!!!). After submitting all documentation, I still have had no response (over a month), and am only placed on hold forever. Verizon immediately refunded my money agreeing as well that it was a less than acceptable product. Buy Zagg...twice I've used them now...easy and quick customer service.

I bought my iPhone 16 Pro at an Apple Store in July 2025. I also bought a very protective phone case and a $40 phone screen protector at Apple where they said I get lifetime warranty on the phone screen protector. The Apple rep made it sound so easy to replace. Fast forward to Nov 2025 and my phone screen had a huge crack where it almost cut me. I contacted Belkin ASAP for a replacement. It told me to upload a proof of purchase and proof of damage. I did just that and didn’t hear back for over a month. I saw a lot of reviews online saying this is typical.
Now it’s 2026 and I followed up on my case — they responded within MINUTES, making me wonder WTF happened. Turns out they lost all the files I uploaded. When I did it through the system, it didn’t save the photo that I took of the damaged phone screen. I had already thrown it away since it was a huge crack and they refuse to replace it. For $40 this is such a huge rip off. People on social say it’s better to just buy the Amazon phone screens and put it on yourself — you save at least $30. What a huge mistake I’ve made.

I have a Belkin mag safe charger for my phone and watch. I was very happy with it until the watch charger stopped working. Replacing it has been a nightmare and involved several calls and emails. It still is not resolved.

They charge about $60 for a simple screen cover (iPhone), making lofty promises of a warranty/guarantee. It’s all bs! My screen cover cracked. I requested a replacement under the warranty. Nothing! A month later, I received an email “Case Closed,” alleging I didn’t respond to their email “within 48 hours.” They never sent no email. Highway robbery! For such high profit margins, you’d think they’d have at least halfway decent customer service. This a 50-cent piece of plastic, after all! What a true shame.

For convenience when I purchased my iPhone 17 pro at Apple Store, at my request they installed the Belkin Ultra Glass 2 screen protector. Belkin claims it is the strongest, most durable, up to 7.2ft drop protection and 25x stronger than traditional glass. Three months later I drop the phone 3ft on a wood floor and the screen protector was damaged. I wrote the company for replacement, the reply I received that there is some delays due to the current high volume of request. This doesn’t speak well about their quality!
Three weeks later I received an email stating that the Ultra Glass 2 is out of stock and there is a comparable unit Ova217-TL that maintains the same quality as my original product with the only difference that it comes as self apply version. This new product when I received it has totally different quality 18x stronger not 25x stronger than traditional glass and the drop protection is 6.5ft not the 7.2ft on the Ultra Glass 2. I wrote back the company but they didn’t care to reply. I decided to buy at my own cost a reliable product on the market. Apple company shouldn’t subject their customers to this unreliable product.

Apple really needs to stop selling Belkin products in their stores. The last few Belkin products I’ve owned have been extremely disappointing. The current one I have is an 8 inch phone charging wire I’ve been using in my car. To put it quite bluntly and perhaps a bit crudely: it sucks. I wouldn’t be surprised if molasses was faster. It’s a huge chore and a struggle to get my phone even to 80%, so much so that I’ve largely given up on charging in the car, completely defeating the purpose of buying it in the first place. And, considering the fact that I spent at least $18 on it, I find this poor quality to be completely unacceptable. I’m so upset and will remember to steer clear of Belkin in the future.

I paid about $45 for this iPhone screen protector, and it cracked and chipped within one month. The replacement process was nearly two weeks, and it only moved forward after I contacted Belkin directly so they could override the delay. I provided proof of the cracked and chipped protector, and the damaged areas were sharp enough to poke me several times. Twice, small shards of glass actually became embedded in my finger. I do not recommend this product. Do not buy.

I paid for convenience, I got a headache. DO NOT purchase a Belkin screen protector from Apple. They draw you in with lifetime warranty, good luck making a claim. 2 weeks in, no replacement or email. Apple won’t help. Terrible. Will never buy from them again!

After purchase of 15+ connected devices and 10 years of building a smart home, Belkin discontinues service, stops all app support, and will not answer any questions or offer support for their products. Products purchased as recently as September 2025 will no longer function in January of 2026. Products cost a premium for reliability and ends up being a total scam. I hope this company fails fast.

What a SCAM. Do yourself a favor and just buy ANY screen protector on Amazon. It will save you hours of time on a worthless product that is no better than the rest. Provide a Belcon screen protector as recommended by the Apple personnel at the store. "Any problems just bring it back and we’ll replace the screen cover. If it cracks," they said. Needless to say I did that and now have to go through a lengthy online submission process only to have a screen protector mailed to me and then go back to the Apple Store to have them install it. What a waste of time., effort and money

Belkin has decided to discontinue Wemo smart switches and outlets connectivity with Amazon's Alexa and Google on 1/31/26. This makes the majority of WEMO products useless. I'll never buy another Belkin product again. Hopefully they should get a class action lawsuit over this because it's very wrong. I spent good money and the products worked well but they just decided to make them worthless after 1/31/26. I'd give 0 stars if I could.

I received an email today: "We’re sending a reminder that support for select Wemo products will end on January 31, 2026. After this date, the Wemo app and cloud-based features such as remote access and voice assistant integrations will no longer be available." My smart plugs and switches will no longer have cloud support! This translates to: Belkin has deserted you and thousands of others, choosing to no longer support their products. I will NOT EVER spend another dime on Belkin products, nor will I allow my contractors use Belkin products on my projects because of their cavalier attitude toward their client base. They offered a partial refund if products are under warranty. They even mentioned to how to e-waste their dead products, Ha! Planned obsolescence or poor planning. Either way, Belkin sucks.

I received a Belkin 3-in-1 charger as a gift from a company. It stopped working after a week. I contacted their online support. They KNOW there is a problem with this charger but they hide behind their crappy customer warranty policy and say--"oh, we must have a receipt." Really, how about standing behind your product and taking care of your customers. They suggest I contact the company and request a receipt. Really? Like a company has someone standing by to take care of things when a manufacturer does want to stand behind their crap product. How awful. I will never buy a product from Belkin and will advise all my friends, family and anyone else not to buy their products.

Biggest scam! They scam you into buying the sceeen protector by swearing to you it has a lifetime warranty but when you go to replace it, they won’t replace it. I kept my receipt and packaging from the product.

I have used Belkin screen protectors for years and had always been satisfied with their warranty replacement program. I have noticed the quality of the screen protectors has greatly diminished and now it seems, so has the warranty coverage. I have purchased several screen protectors over the years and always had them easily replaced without issue. My most recent claim has been denied. *Note they recently replaced one for me for the same issue and now they say it is not covered. There is no way it should have cracked and chipped so easily other than the quality has greatly diminished while the price has nearly tripled. I will no longer be buying their products. Their quality now imitates the ones I can get at the local flea market for a lot less, which I will be doing instead.

Hello. I am from Canada. Last year I bought a new Samsung phone in a store in Canada. The seller advised me to buy a Belkin screen protector and it cost me 50 CAD dollars because of its anytime replacement warranty. My screen protector is cracked and Belkin refused for any replacement stating it's not a manufacturer defects. This is a SCAM. Never fall in this trap of buying products from Belkin. It's expensive and they never replace. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND BELKIN.

Nothing like buying a screen protector with the understanding that it has a lifetime warranty. I bought a new iPhone from the Apple store and Belkin branded screen protector was recommended to me by them. I registered my screen protector the same day that I got it. Now a week after submitting for a replacement due to the one I have is cracked and broken. I have yet to hear anything positive from Belkin that they are processing my replacement. Looks like I will be a returning customer to ZAGG. A company that actually holds true to their warranty! I’m so frustrated that Apple stores are recommending products like Belkin, which are fraudulent at best!!

Bought Belkin screen protector from Verizon. 2 years later screen cracked. Contacted Belkin and they requested a picture be taken of the hairline crack across my phone. Several photos taken and crack was not able to be seen. So customer service finally agreed to warranty protector. Only to call me back again to refuse warranty and tell me they will refund some of the 63 dollars back. 5 calls and over an hour on hold and I now at some point am getting money back. Worse company ever to deal with and worthless warranty.

I registered my screen protector, as I never realized before that this had to be done to actually get the warranty. When my screen protector cracked, I went to the site and filed the replacement. I had to upload a picture of the current damaged protector, and upload the original receipt which I had electronically. The only reason why I'm giving them a 4 is because of the length of time it has taken to approve the exchange - 6 days. And then they said it will take 7-10 days for me to receive the replacement. With all of the technology afforded to us, this could have been expedited and warranty received in a total of a week. At least the approval should have been within 24-48 hours. Other than that, it has been a seamless process.

Belkin’s screen protector is way OVERPRICED for LESS than average one. They will NEVER send you a replacement because they will CREATE ANY reason to do so. I highly NOT recommend anyone to buy it. Moreover, I urge apple store to immediately stop selling them because people highly trust APPLE and the things they are selling.

I will never buy another screen protector (or any other product from Belkin). Supposedly their screen protectors have a lifetime replacement guarantee. I have had to purchase two screen protectors in 14 months for my phone. Both times Belkin has given reasons not to honor their warranty. The first time I was told it was because I did not register the product. So the second time I registered the product and was told the registration was worthless without the receipt. Many other screen protectors are less expensive and since Belkin won't honor their warranty anyone way no reason to get RIPPED OFF

Total scam. You can find way cheaper products that last the same, if not longer. Apple has some deal with them where they try to gaslight you into buying these screen protectors that have unlimited warranty, but they don’t cover actual damage. Just pointless.

Less than a year ago, I purchased a balcony screen protector for my iPhone 15 Pro Max after going through the lengthy warranty process sending pictures. They finally agreed to give me a refund. Then I received links from HSBC asking for my routing number my banking account number my address, my phone number. I did not feel comfortable sending this information and when I called Falcon, they said this was the only way that I would receive my money. I told them that I didn’t feel comfortable and I asked for an alternative method and they refused. What a scam. I will never buy from them again and I suggest others do not as well. In the stage, we are told to never provide this information due to identity theft

Bought 12 iphone/watch chargers for my company. "BoostChargePro" They cost $125 per unit. ONe of them after a few months stopped working completely. I issued a warranty request to Belkin but because I didn't have a receipt or have anyway to show damage (which is impossible by photo) they refused to stand behind the product they produce. DO NOT BUY BELKIN products! There are many better players out there that actually stand behind what they sell!

Hub stopped working within months. Online warranty submission not accepted, asked for phone call. Phone call said to do online. Another phone call said it needs to be escalated. Stay away from this manufacturer.

Very upset with Belkin screen protector warranty policy. I had purchased the screen protector 5 months ago and they will not replace it. Even the Rogers Center staff where I purchased it was shocked they do not cover the damage. I suggest you to not buy any of their product because their warranty is a scam.

Please be aware that discounts cannot be combined and free shipping, which is offered “on all screen protectors” is considered a discount. So don’t sign up for texts when they offer 15% off your purchase. Very misleading.

I was extremely frustrated with the customer service. I had every document including the original packaging, credit card receipt and even my Apple phone warranty but not the actual itemized sales receipt from the Apple Store where I bought the screen protector with my new phone. They would not honor the warranty. For a $39 screen protector they acted like it was a $10,000 repair. I will never buy from them again.

Screen protector supplied and applied by Apple. I was informed by Apple that I would have to contact Belkin. All they did was gaslight me. Not great when you pay more because the product is sold and applied on a new Iphone and you realize that a $25.00 screen protector would have done a better job. Shame on Apple and shame on Belkin.
