Jerry of Rising Sun MD (02/09/09) Kim of Fairfax, CA February 9, 2009 Kim of Fairfax CA (02/09/09) Morris of Charlotte, NC February 8, 2009 Morris of Charlotte NC (02/08/09) Chris of Henderson, NV February 8, 2009 Chris of Henderson NV (02/08/09) Stephanie of Dayton, OH February 6, 2009 Stephanie of Dayton OH (02/06/09) I have been rejected by the IRS THREE TIMES now and keep making the same correction per Turbo Tax instructions and it's telling me I have to file by mail. I feel it's a software glitch with Turbo and it's their fault - and yet they will NOT refund the 100 in fees I pad to file the returns. They screwed up, and there product is essentially damaged and yet I still have to pay for it? How do they get away with keeping my money when the service didn't do what it was supposed to do? I will never, ever again use Turbo Tax. I am not the only person to have this AGI rejection issue. I have seen dozens of others complain about it. Their customer service is horrible - no resolution. It seems clear it's their fault and yet they maintain it's the IRS's fault. WHo can give us a recourse for this? I'm thinking of suing.
