Lorene of Monument CO (11/15/03):
I recently purchased and installed this program. It is not only killing email that I want killed, it is also killing email from family members and friends whose names are in my "friends" list. Their emails to me should not be killed simply on the basis of their being on the list. Not only do I have to go through the email that comes through, I still have to go through the "killed" email to be sure that I am not missing anything important. So what good is the program?

I cannot contact McAfee as they do not want to be contacted. Their support is not support, it is a runaround. I also purchased their firewall but by using a "spy removal" program, I find that I am getting hackers right and left. So what good is the Firewall?

I paid $29.95 for each of the two programs, for a total of $59.90, plus tax. These were purchased at a retail store. I would like to have a refund in this amount and purchase my programs from another and more reliable company. One that will provide support without charging you $3.95 per minute. When the program does not do what it is supposed to do, support should be free and online.
