ordered sample trial, used it and was told by dentist it would not work on caps (which I have) so i contact and cancelled any future shippments. I received another order went to web site again and cancelled again. called number and was told sorry i would have to pay for it they would not refund my money or allow me to return order for credit. all they will say is sorry after some time on phone all he would do it refund 30.00 of the 83.90 charge and that i am stuck with a product i can not use and will not work on my caps.

Carolyn of McComb, OH November 16, 2009

Ordered a sample of clean white and now have been billed 581 for unordered merchandise sent to me without authorization. I can not use because of gold crowns. Also they say I can not ship back. All packages except the samples have not been opened and are in tack. I will be glad to ship all back but sample packages of a full refund!!

Susan of Wayland, KY November 16, 2009

I ordered this product as a sample and nowhere on the ad that I saw did it say that I was enrolling in a membership or that I would be charged 79.95 after 14 days and then 83.90 two weeks later. I called and requested to send the product back for a refund and was rudely told that I could send the product back but would not receive a refund.

I explained that I was not informed of any enrollment but was told that my membership would be cancelled. The product does not even work! My family has limited income as my husband is disabled and we are on a strict budget. My checking account was debited twice without my permission which resulted in overdraft charges.

Carol of Niceville, FL November 16, 2009

Stupidly, I ordered the trial size of this product for whitening teeth along with another recommended product known as Dazzle White. I contacted them after the products arrived to cancel any further products being sent to me. I mailed back the original products as instructed, got a cancellation number for both products and then it began. Sister companies billed products on my credit card along with "foreign transaction fees."

Bank of America said they handle thousands of these cases and there is nothing I can do. Canceling the card doesn't even help because they say that by purchasing the original products, it the gives them ability to "pack" on anything they want even though the card is canceled or replaced. This is the biggest most expensive scam I can imagine because I see no end to it. Financial hardship. I am a senior citizen with a very limited income and I see no end to the charges and different products they will bill me for.

Linda of Pittsboro, NC November 12, 2009

I stupidly ordered the trial of Cleanwhites and Dazzlesmile. I did not see any reference to a "membership" or automatic delivery for Dazzlesmile. I did see the automatic delivery for Cleanwhites and cancelled on 10/10/09 by leaving a voice message on their service line and then called a second time on 10/12/09 requesting written confirmation of the cancellation and was assured by the "customer care rep" via e-mail that they received my cancellation, did not have to return anything and nothing would be charged to me except the .99 trial charge. My credit card shows a charge of 79.95 with a transaction date of 10/12/09. This is BOGUS! Also, I have two additional charges of 87.62 each with transaction dates of 10/19 and 10/26 for which I have absolutely no idea what they are for. When I tried calling the two phone numbers on the credit card statement (8666764122 and 8669485508)I am told they are no longer working or have been disconnected. Why can't the states attorney general close this racket down?

DeMaris of Zanesville, OH November 12, 2009

They use multiple names-phone #. Just give you the run around. You can't get refunds, there are hundreds of dollars on my credit card I didn't ask for. You can't get them to cancel what they call your enrollment.

DeMaris of Zanesville, OH November 12, 2009

Shipping product that I didn't ask for and charging my credit card for hundreds of dollars. They tell you in the paper with your shipment they will not let you return for refund. I don't even know how they got my credit card #.

donna of florence, SC November 10, 2009

Purchased product on a trial basis and was not made aware this was a automated shipment by purchasing trial. How do I know I like if I haven't used before. This company should not be able to due this I didn't cancel until I say charges on my credit card didn't know this was part of trial purchase. Very misleading company. Also says 100% money back guarantee and that is also false

Tae of Flushing, MI November 9, 2009

Clean Whites: WARNING WARNING WARNING! Just as many of the posts I've read, I am a victim of this scam and after I received a call from the fraud division of my cc asking if I authorized the ridiculous charge (over 70) and I said 'no', I had to start the process of calling the lovely 866 # and getting two clowns on the line for their COMPLETELY fals advertising...the minimal fee, and code for shipping for a FREE trial of their product. Every person you get on their not-so-customer service line gives you the same bs scripted response, "I'm sorry mam, but you were advised of the cost when you agreed....blah blah blah" Uh, No. It's a scam and I'm out of nearly 80. What a crock of total shyt!!! I'm so upset right now, I could lift my car up and putt all new tires on it. I just want to hit something. But instead, I'll put a hex on all the losers of the world that scam innocent people out of hard-earned money. Then I'm going to slap myself for being so damn gullible! Grrrrrrrrrr! It will NNNNNNNEVER happen again. Buyers, beware!

Candace of Old Bridge, NJ November 9, 2009

I called and ordered Cleanwhites, for .99 cents for a trial offer, and the offer being good for 14 days. I received it, never used it, and called them on the 14th day to cancel the order and return the product. They said I only had 13 days and I was one day late and charged 79.00 to my c/c. I argued with the woman who I spoke to, told her I called within the 14th day,I ordered it on October 14th and cancelled on October 28th and she said sorry it's to late. I am feeling very violated by this company, got charged for something I didn't want and infact returned to them, so I am going to find out how to take them to small claims court and sue them for damages, this has to be illegal, it just has to be. This company needs to be taken to court for theft by deception, and made to pay for damages they caused. I don't care if they are located in Florida, I will make sure they are accountable for all the money they took from me.
