Dermitage Anti-Aging System

Karyn of Henderson, NV December 19, 2008

Karyn of Henderson NV (12/19/08)
I too ordered the 30-day free trial, but never received the package, thus even forgetting about the product altogether. Suddenly I noticed a 79 charge against my bank account and a box of the product. Before I realized what had happened and called, I received a 2nd box and charge. I refused the 2nd shipment, which was apparently also an improper method, thus only a small partial refund. I believe this company preys on people with busy schedules that rely on normal, trustworthy practices. Perhaps if they had a truly good product, they would not have to rely on such underhanded sales practices.

I lost over 130+ from Dermitage directly, and another 60 in NSF charges because I wasn't expecting the withdrawal from my account. Lesson learned.....about both this type of company and to use only credit cards in the future.

I sent away for the free trial offer. The package was not delivered to me until November 16th - almost 3 weeks through my free trial period. I called and requested an extension of the trial period and was told emphatically that was not going to happen as my card had already been charged. The charge was not until the 19th, 3 days later.

Feeling I might as well use the product since I had to pay for it, I did so. A month later I still had not received the expected, but not wanted, package of more product and again called in to find out why. The line I was given is you've had the product for over 60 days now. First it doesn't arrive on time and I'm not even allowed an extension of my free trial period, then I find out the free trial offer is not free at all, cost me over 100, the second customer service person refused to get me a supervisor or manager and then hung up on me.

The customer service reps at this company are rude and overextend their authority thereby causing me to be out my money.

Saw the Free trail advertisement on TV and call the 800 number. Order the free trial serum for 6.97. Two weeks later two additional charges (approximately 79 and 82) appeared on my credit card. I called the credit card company and then Dermitage; got NO where with Dermitage. The Dermitage person kept saying that I had agreed to the Auto charges online when I order the products. I stated I do not order products via the computer but by the 800 number and was never, never, never told about the auto charges and delivery; however, the person I was speaking, kept repeating herself as if from a script and stated there was nothing she or I could do. Credit card company did not do much for me either. By the way, when you return the product, they charge another shipping and handling fee - and yet, I paid the shipping myself.

Lost about 85-90.

I received the Free Trial as you advertise on-line, & paid 19.99 for it, but as I do not live in U.S.A, I have a company in Miami that is in charge of the shipping to Guatemala, so have to pay this Mail Company the Shipping & handling to my Country.

As I do not want any more the product, I did wrote you & the Mail Co. Do not receive any product of DERMITAGE, My Credit Card is now with an amount of 99.95 of DERMITAGE PRODUCTS,without any advice from you, & received any product at all, what is that amount for??? below you'll find the e-mail I wrote you on October 8th: ...just to tell you , please do not send any more of the product Dermitage Advanced Skin Renewal, am going out of my city.

I have asked them to cancel after my free sample and they continue to deduct money from my account and have never sent me anything except the free sample.
