Sherri of Burleson, TX September 16, 2009 Being a Consumer Affair subscriber I found one of your advertisements to be interesting enough to view called Sensa. Within the advertisement was a hyperlink trysensafree. After reading the offer a found discrepancies within the add. The add says: "Tell us where to send your FREE 2-Month Starter Kit!" In that statement it appears that you are getting a 2-Month trial Free. Part 2 of the add: "Pay only $4.95 for S&H" So now it is allowing you to think you are getting 2-Months Free for the amount of 4.95 for S&H Part 3 the add says: "See weight loss results, guaranteed! Change your shape, without changing your life. Try Sensa FREE for 30 days." OK so that is all of one side of the add and would like to know how 2-Months turns into 30 days free? The other side of the add explains what you will receive when ordering: "Here's what you'll get: * Sensa Months 1 & 2 (60-Day Supply), Two .70 oz. Shakers for Each Month * How-To Guide * Getting Started DVD This is the initial add and appears very deceiving to consumers. No where within this site does it specify that you will be billed for the second month but it clearly specifies that you are only getting one month free upon advertising two. I feel this is something that Consumer Affairs might look into in order to protect consumers from a form a fraudulent advertising, For myself there is none but for others who might not have taken the time to realize there is definitely a catch in this add and you can not legally advertise the way they are projecting this product.
