I had same problem too. I had been dealed with Aspire for years and never been late for payment. and I got a letter from them today saying that NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CARD PROGRAM I HAVE NO IDEA what is going wrong and like others. What kind of legal rights do we have and what is going to impact our credit report?

i have had this visa for a while. i have always payed on time. today i was sent a letter saying that my visa is termination of my card program. i called them, they told me the same thing over the phone.

i am on a fixed income. they told me last month that i was over 1:61 on my limit. i always pay on time. i was going to pay it off .

I like several others, received a termination letter for my card. No explaination nor was I able to reach anyone re this issue. This seems to be the case in this country with little regard to accountability. This company should be held accountable and investigated for unfair business practices.

I have been trying to maintain a decent credit score, but this will surely hurt the process regardless of what they are telling other card holders. They should do the right thing and send letters out on our behalf to clear up the confusion. It would be honorable to have a way to notify the various credit reporting companies that this is not our doing.

Was notified that my card was not to be used after Dec. 1, 2008 due to no fault of my own. This letter was sent out merely days before i was going to use it for holiday purchases. i have a history of on time payments and have nohing overdue. this is not only unprofessional it is unconceivable that this would be done at a time like this. i request this be investigated on my behalf.

i recently sent in a payment that could of been used for other expenses.

I also got a notice stating Aspire Visa was terminating the card program. I called and got pretty much the same answer that everyone else got. I did some research and wanted to let you all know that Aspire Visa are FINALLY going down!!!! It's about time, they have been ripping people off for years now. Looks like there are going to be a lot of fines.
