I called them to get my minimum balance due to bring acct current. I made the payment online then found out later that it was 85.00 short so I was then charged another 60.00 for late fees and over the limit fees. I called them and they appologized and said that they would reverse the fees. I made my next payment less the late fees only to find out that the fees were never reversed, more had accrued and when I called I was told that I never spoke to anyone and that I was a liar.

I have not made a payment since and there are now over 500.00 in late fees and over the limit fees on the account. and 200.00 in finance charges. I was also told during one of the collections call that they had my bank info from the on-line payment and would take payment owed from my checking, which was not even my checking account, it was my boyfriends. They took a 58.00 payment out without permission.
