First National Bank of Marin

Delia of Philadelphia PA (10/30/08)
About 11 yrs ago I aplied for a credit card with First National Bank of Marin. They told me I had fees to pay of appoximately rounding out to 150.00 with a credit limit of 200.00 dollars. When everything was paid into this credit card. I had 18.50 left on this credit card. I cancelled the card and was never refunded any money. I was harrassed for about 3 years after which each call became more and more heated. I told them to refund my money, the card was cancelled and that I NEVER USED THE CARD.

Now here it is 2008 I am recieving mail from Arrow Financial Serv. LLC, stating my debt is now 1501.09 and its owed to First National Bank of Marin. I check my credit once a year and faithfully like cancer they are listed as bad debt, causing me undue stress. I have contacted all 3 agencies to let them know its not my debt and I want to dispute it. I am told they have contacted Arrow and that the debt is owed. How can they talk to Arrow when I never get to speak to a live person in the last 6 months? I need your help!

I am told I have to pay this or a judgement will be placed in my name and my credit will have negative marks against it making it EVEB harder to get credit or fix my credit. I have been turned down for a new home JUST because of Them alone. I have high interest rates because of these and NO ONE REALLY ever checks them out.

I called about an account that was reported open under my name. she transfered me to another dept. and I receieved an answering machine.

I was resently told by the airforce that they were going to revoke my security clearance and or kick me out if I did not get this squared away.

I have had a credit card with First National Bank of Marin for several years - always paying on time. A while back I was told Credit One bought them out and my I was able to check my balance, etc on website. Now, all the web sites for FNBMarin AND CreditOne are no longer working. I even google CreditOne and am linked to their website which no longer works. I have send e-mails to every possible site I can find, with no luck. I have not received a paper bill from them in over three months, but have my account set up on an auto payment. I am working at sea right now and find it very hard to call. So not having a working site is very frustrating. I am trying to pay this debt completely off but am concerned about if or whether they even still exist. However, I am equally scared to hold a payment. I am hoping you can help or someone can share some information

I received a collection letter from Arrow Financial Services dated 9-2-08 stating that I owed First National Bank of Marin 1542.94,offering a settlement of 1,157.21. I dont think so this is a company in which i remember 11 years back and I have not accrued any debt with this company. Something just told me to look up this company and I can see I'm not the only person involved in this scandal...Something must be done about this and investigations letting us consumers know about this bank.

about eight yrs ago I aplied for a credit card with the bank of marin. They told me I had fees to pay of appoximately rounding out to 150.00 with a credit limit of 200.00 dollars when everything was paid into this credit card. I had little or no credit amt to spenf on this credit card. I cancelled the card and was never refunded any money.

now 8 yrs latter I recieve a letter from Pressler and Pressler debt collectors informing me I owe 950.00 to Midland funding llc a company that bought first bank of marin. I do not owe this money and now my credit will be ruined because of this I need your help

I am told I have to pay this or a judgement will be placed in my name my credit will have negative marks against it making it hard to get credit. I need relief.
