I signed up for the free credit report. which was not free it was 12.95 per month. I waited, and waited for them to send me my acess code in the us mail. I waited three weeks and I then waid this is not right, I then called to cancel, which took 30 minutes by phone. By that time I recvd. the code in the us mail.

I looked my info up online, and it was still activated so I printed out my report. Many things were incorrect on the report. So I emailed the company with all the discrepancies, another two weeks went by and nothing.

I then sent another email asking if they had ever recvd the first and they finally responded, saying that to file a incorrect item from the report I had to contact Experian on line. Well I tried that and I can no longer access my account, because I cancelled it. What am I suppose to do now?

I did the free credit report thing as many other people I'm sure have. As all the others I was promised the free credit monitoring service. I have been charged 12.95 on my checking account. I have found a number to cancel your membership to this outfit if anyone else is interested it is: 1-877-481-6826
