Tammy of Bloomington, IL, writes:
My Office Depot account was managed by Monogram Bank. It was also disputed through Monogram Bank, because records were provided by consumer credit to verify that payments were being made on time, but were not being posted to my account. On several occasions, payments were also being posted late. Monogram made some corrections, but never corrected the information on my credit report.

An audit was also requested, because the balance of the account was incorrect. I received a letter from Monogram Bank to sign and submit what my balance should be on the account, but never received any results from their audit. I have enclosed that signed document with this letter. The last statement that I received is a statement indicating that the payment was posted late and my account was credited. I called and spoke with a CSR and it was stated that this was their error. This is an example of what I have been experiencing for the past 4 to 5 years with this same creditor.

I have documentation that the creditor has not been reporting accurate information to the bureau, and has not responded to my request for an audit of this account to verify information correctly.
