Moea of Mansfield, OH February 17, 2009 On feb 3 2009 I mail my money order to this location.I paid 29.00 for the master card and 6.00 rush fee.All togathere it was about35.00.A week later i went to my bank where i percate my money and the bank teller tells me that my money order was nowhere to be found. Jill of Flower Mound, TX February 4, 2009 New Millennium Bank stole 99.95 out of my bank account. I was online researching different credit cards and was filling out an application when it got down to the submit part of it and I read the terms and conditions I EXITED out of the WITHOUT hitting the submit button. The next thing I know I've got 140.00 dollars in overdraft fees and my account is overdrawn by 202.00 dollars. I have contacted my bank and they are going to try to get the money back for me and I have to fill out a fraud statement and I have to fill out a police report. I have read some of the defenders of NMB on this web site and their tone implies that people aren't educated or are stupid because they haven't read the terms and conditions, well, guys not me. I am neither stupid nor am I uneducated but what I am is part of a group of regular people who got ripped off by a bunch thugs who think they take what they want and for the most part get away with it. I NEVER hit the submit button on the application after reading it in fact I EXITED the site not thinking anything more about it. I am so angry. I live paycheck to paycheck as do most Americans and I cann't afford for something like to happen. Where is the justice for what has happened to so many people? Tanya of Brooklyn, NY February 3, 2009 i sent off for my credit cards and never got them. i feel like i was swindle. Sherrie of Minneapolis, MN January 30, 2009 I were defrauded by this bank and I filed a lawsuit against them in Minnesota and they did not even bother to show up and defend their company. I don't think this is a legitimate bank. I won my lawsuit by default judgment and they still haven't paid me. They don't even care that they have a judgment against their bank's name. Richard of Laurel, MD January 30, 2009 I was searching for a card that could help me restore my credit after BK(Bankruptcy) for those that dont have a strong grasp of english. I say it like this because it seems that NMB has written the terms and conditions in english. After searching for some hours for the best deals two cards stick out. Applied and NMB. I say this because the fee structure and interest rates are reasonable for poor credit. If you have no credit I would go with the BofA Secured Credit card. During my search I cam across this blog regarding NMB. It scared me. I thought my research had produced a lemon. So I decieded to put it to the test. I called NMB. If I was to believe many of you this would be a uphill battle trying to reach someone. I have a surprise for you. They answered on the first ring. I also was told upfront that the card was secured. I can understand that if your first language is not english this could be misleading...but this is the USA. I know the fees seem high but if your like me and had a life event this might be the card for you. It reports to all three credit bureaus and is reasonable for poor credit.
