I was send a letter asking me to purchase a Visa card from them at the cost of 29.95 without any conditioned attached to it, but after payment being made with the hope of receiving my visa card, I was later send another letter requesting me to open an an additional saving account with them which for no reasons I eel they are playing some con or san game.

Upon receiving their second letter, I then immediately call their customre representative who made it completely seem they were out for some dubious business rather than implementing as to the letter, this is why I was mad and decided to request payment of my money back and failure to do so I lodge their complaint to the National Consumer Agency letting such a bank to take the opportunity to fraud many people of their hard earned money.

Barr of SANTA FE, NM September 22, 2009

I got a email about a credit card.Went to fill out there applcation and was chatting with a repersentive online they told me it was free to see if i could get the credit card after i found out they needed money to get the card i said no thanks i didnt want the card.after i check my banking account a few days later they took 99.95 out of my checking account.when i try to contact them i get a busy signal. i have since then closed my checking account.

Avataramaya of Milwaukee, WI September 15, 2009

I was looking on my bank statement one day, and noticed that there was a charge for 99.95 check. I know that I had not written it, nor had I authorized anything like that. I called my bank and I was informed that the charge was from my husband's credit card. This was news to me, because he doesn't have a credit card, nor does he have a social security number with witch to get one. There was not enough money in the account to pay this check, so it was returned, and I was charged 35.00 NSF fee for it. Fast forward two weeks. Another charge came through our account for the 99.95. This time, it was paid. I called my bank and they told me that this transaction has cost me 300 in overdraft fees. So I looked the bank up, and called them. After waiting on the phone for over 35 min, I spoke to a woman who was very sympethic to my plight, then told me to fax the fraud department. I asked to speak to someone in that department, and was told that I would only be able to fax them. At that point, I told her that this sounded very fishy to me, and she promptly connected me to her supervisor. The super. Leah was very nice to me on the phone, and said that she couldn't even find evidence of our application, or of either one of us being in the system. So, now I am in limbo, waiting for someone to contact me, or for me to contact them again to fix this.

Applyed for credit cards and did not recieve them. I was charged 149.00 to process 2 cards one for my husband and one for myself. Since I had to secure them I had to send the amount of money I wanted to secure them. I sent 300.00 for the mastercard and 800.00 for the visa. Waited 2 months and still haven't recieved them. I called millenium was told they were waiting for proof of residency and needed a power bill with my name and address. I sent that to them by fax, and still haven't recieved anyting it has been 3 more weeks.

Glenn of Antioch, CA August 26, 2009

I went on-line to answer an e-mail about a credit card from New Millenium Bank. When I entered the site I filled-out the application, but when I found out there was a fee of 99.95, I changed my mind because I didn't have that amount in my account. So when I tried to exit the site, the screen changed. And later I found out the company had processed my application without my approval. Now I'm stuck with 2 overdrafts on my checking account, because they tried to without the money twice without my approval!

My bank is threatening to close my account if I don't pay the overdraft fees. Therefore my credit will be damaged and my account emptied.

Now that I'm aware of what happened, I tries to call the company, but they keep putting me on hold and referring me to different departments that never answer. I feel like I was robbed and taken for what was in my checking account. This needs to be stopped right away, before others become a victim as well!

Tammy of Otway, OH August 6, 2009

I went to apply for a credit card online and then at the last second seen houw much it was going to cost me. I tried to get them to not go through with the transaction but the page disappeared on me. I can't seem to get through to any one about what i wanted and I have no idea what to do. I am almost blind and didn't see the amount they asked for clearly until the last second. The paged flipped on me. I need the money back in my account now.

I am using a magnafying glass to do fill out this form and I don't mind telling you this is hard. I don't want to have to keep filling out this form. Please understand. Thank you very much.
